【摘要】：新的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提倡小學(xué)英語課堂評價(jià)應(yīng)有發(fā)展性的評價(jià)觀。根據(jù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),教師應(yīng)建立多元而有層次的激勵性評價(jià)制度,通過從學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)不同發(fā)展要求的實(shí)際出發(fā),實(shí)施有層次性的評價(jià)制度,激發(fā)每一位學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育全面發(fā)展。本論文試圖通過基于課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)多元評價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐研究,探索更有效的小學(xué)英語課堂評價(jià)方式。本文以《上海市中小學(xué)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(征求意見稿)(以下簡稱《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》)中對于評價(jià)的新目標(biāo)要求為研究背景,對《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中評價(jià)部分進(jìn)行解讀與分析。第一章從推動教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,有效實(shí)施評價(jià)校本化等方面闡述了小學(xué)英語課堂多元評價(jià)的意義。第二章分別界定了教學(xué)評價(jià)和多元評價(jià)的概念。然后簡述了人本主義理論、建構(gòu)主義理論和多元智能理論對多元評價(jià)的影響以及分析了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于多元評價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第三章在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了多元評價(jià)在教師教學(xué)過程和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)過程中發(fā)揮的診斷、改進(jìn)和激勵功能。并歸納出設(shè)計(jì)多元評價(jià)要遵循的設(shè)計(jì)原則,即評價(jià)的科學(xué)性和整體性、操作性和適切性、多樣性和創(chuàng)造性以及有效性和激勵性等原則。第四章通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、觀察、課堂實(shí)踐等方式,以筆者所在小學(xué)的學(xué)生為研究對象,從拓展評價(jià)主體、綜合評價(jià)維度、豐富評價(jià)方式等方面進(jìn)行課堂多元評價(jià)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐。在多元評價(jià)的實(shí)踐前后進(jìn)行同組學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查,將問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出多元評價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施的有效方法,從而達(dá)到促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、激勵學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)自信的目的。最后一章是全文的總結(jié),提出論文的成效、局限性和展望,指出多元評價(jià)在促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣、增強(qiáng)自信心方面的重要意義。本課題通過小學(xué)英語課堂多元評價(jià)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐,找到有效可行的多元評價(jià)方法,這對教師教學(xué)實(shí)踐、學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展都有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum standard advocates that primary school English classroom evaluation should have a developmental evaluation view.According to the curriculum standards, teachers should establish a pluralistic and hierarchical incentive evaluation system. According to the different development requirements of students' English learning, the teachers should implement a hierarchical evaluation system to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of each student.To achieve all-round development of quality education for students.This thesis attempts to explore a more effective method of primary school English classroom evaluation through the design and practice of multivariate evaluation of primary school English classroom teaching based on curriculum standards.Based on the new objective requirements of evaluation in Shanghai Primary and Middle School English Curriculum Standard (the following is referred to as "Curriculum Standards"), this paper interprets and analyzes the evaluation part of "Curriculum Standards".The first chapter expounds the significance of multivariate evaluation in primary English classroom from the aspects of promoting teachers' professional development, promoting students' all-round development and effectively implementing school-based evaluation.The second chapter defines the concepts of teaching evaluation and multi-evaluation respectively.Then, the influence of humanism theory, constructivism theory and multiple intelligences theory on multiple evaluation is briefly introduced, and the current research situation of multiple evaluation at home and abroad is analyzed.On the basis of theoretical research, the third chapter analyzes the diagnosis, improvement and incentive function of multivariate evaluation in teachers' teaching process and students' learning process.The design principles to be followed by multiple evaluation of design are summarized, such as the scientific and integrity of evaluation, operability and relevance, diversity and creativity, effectiveness and encouragement, and so on.The fourth chapter through the questionnaire, interview, observation, classroom practice and other ways, the author of the primary school students as the research object, from the expansion of the main evaluation, comprehensive evaluation dimension,Rich evaluation methods and other aspects of the design and practice of classroom multiple evaluation.Before and after the practice of multiple evaluation, a questionnaire survey of the same group of students was carried out, and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed, and the effective methods of designing and implementing the multiple evaluation were summarized, so as to promote the students' overall development and enhance their interest in learning.The purpose of encouraging students to learn self-confidence.The last chapter is a summary of the full text, which points out the effectiveness, limitations and prospects of the paper, and points out the importance of multiple evaluation in promoting students' overall development, enhancing their interest in learning and enhancing their self-confidence.Through the design and practice of multi-evaluation in primary school English classroom, this paper finds out effective and feasible methods of multi-evaluation, which is of positive significance to the teaching practice of teachers and the all-round development of students.
