同伴互評在英漢筆譯訓練中的應用

【摘要】:近年來,國與國之間的經(jīng)濟文化交往日益頻繁,社會的發(fā)展與國際間的交流使得社會對職業(yè)翻譯的需求與日俱增。在這樣的大背景下,如何培養(yǎng)一名職業(yè)翻譯已成為各高校教師和學生普遍關注的重點。過去,翻譯課堂中一直沿用傳統(tǒng)教學法,隨著社會與經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)教學法早已與翻譯培養(yǎng)的要求漸行漸遠,而以過程教學法和建構主義為理論基礎的教學法卻逐步進入大眾視野。同伴互評作為一種合作學習模式,指由兩個或兩個以上的學習者組成小組,對組員的譯文進行校對并提供反饋意見,討論其中的重點與難點。同伴互評以過程教學法和建構主義為理論基礎,被證明在英語學習中頗具成效,近年來得到了國內(nèi)外學者的廣泛關注。學者們的深入研究為翻譯訓練的開展提供了理論基礎。然而,對于一名在校MTI學生而言,同伴互評是否切實可行;如何將這種有效的學習機制應用于日常的翻譯訓練中;如何將其與網(wǎng)絡和計算機輔助翻譯結合起來,諸如此類的問題值得每一位在校學生深思。基于此,本研究以實驗報告的形式,以一個MTI學生的視角,試圖探討同伴互評在英漢翻譯訓練中的可行性。通過分析實驗數(shù)據(jù),作者認為同伴互評作為教師評價的有效補充,在英漢筆譯訓練中具有很高價值,應被大力推廣。由于實驗樣本小、周期短,作者無法得到絕對正確的結論,只能預測出一個合理的趨勢,以期為介紹和應用這種特殊而有效的學習機制略盡自己綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic and cultural exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent, and the development of society and international exchanges make the demand for professional translation increasing.Against this background, how to train a professional translator has become the focus of attention of teachers and students in colleges and universities.In the past, the traditional teaching method has been used in translation classroom. With the development of society and economy, the traditional teaching method has long been far away from the requirement of translation training.However, the teaching method based on process teaching and constructivism has gradually entered the public view.Peer evaluation, as a cooperative learning model, refers to a group of two or more learners to proofread and provide feedback on the translation of the group members, and to discuss the key points and difficulties.Peer evaluation, based on process approach and constructivism, has been proved to be effective in English learning and has attracted wide attention from scholars both at home and abroad in recent years.The in-depth study by scholars provides a theoretical basis for the development of translation training.However, for a MTI student in school, peer evaluation is feasible; how to apply this effective learning mechanism to daily translation training; and how to combine it with web-based and computer-assisted translation.Such questions are worth thinking about by every student in the school.Based on this, the present study attempts to explore the feasibility of peer evaluation in English-Chinese translation training from the perspective of a MTI student in the form of an experimental report.By analyzing the experimental data, the author thinks that peer evaluation, as an effective supplement to teachers' evaluation, is of great value in English-Chinese translation training and should be popularized.Because the experiment sample is small and the period is short, the author can not get the absolute correct conclusion, and can only predict a reasonable trend in order to do his best for the introduction and application of this special and effective learning mechanism.
