中外石化企業(yè)網(wǎng)上簡介語類特征對比研究

【摘要】:公司簡介作為企業(yè)形象的窗口,是對外宣傳和業(yè)務(wù)交流的橋梁。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時代的來臨,電子商務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展,網(wǎng)上公司簡介更成為擴大公司影響力的平臺。石化行業(yè)作為我國經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),正處于創(chuàng)新、提高贏利和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的階段,有效的網(wǎng)上企業(yè)宣傳必不可少。公司簡介屬于商務(wù)話語的范疇。目前,國內(nèi)對于商務(wù)話語的應(yīng)用主要集中在語言教學(xué)、翻譯理論和文化研究領(lǐng)域,而將語類分析用于數(shù)字化時代商務(wù)實踐的研究較為少見。本文通過對全球知名石化企業(yè)網(wǎng)上簡介的分析,旨在為國內(nèi)企業(yè)提供借鑒。本文以Swales和Bhatia的語類分析方法為理論框架,通過建立中外大型石化企業(yè)網(wǎng)上企業(yè)簡介語料庫,比較中外企業(yè)簡介在文本結(jié)構(gòu)、語言使用和內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新等方面的異同,并為我國企業(yè)宣傳材料的撰寫提出了建議。結(jié)果表明,與國外相比,國內(nèi)企業(yè)簡介的文本結(jié)構(gòu)較為固定和全面,榮譽描述較多,缺少消費者所關(guān)注的公司收益、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用等信息;語言很詳細、精致,但缺乏重點和特色;內(nèi)容豐富但不夠明確、清晰。建議國內(nèi)石化企業(yè)簡介以“突出重點、語言平實、貼近消費者”為理念,在結(jié)構(gòu)方面增加企業(yè)收益、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用、消費者答疑、社會責(zé)任、信息安全的篇幅,減少企業(yè)榮譽的描述;語言的使用應(yīng)在保持中國傳統(tǒng)特色的基礎(chǔ)上,更加親切、簡單、靈活;在內(nèi)容方面增加具體的項目案例,適當(dāng)減少復(fù)雜多媒體的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Company profile as a window of corporate image, is a bridge for external publicity and business exchanges.With the advent of economic globalization and the advent of the Internet era, electronic commerce is developing rapidly, and the online company profile has become the platform for expanding the influence of the company.As the pillar industry of our economy, petrochemical industry is in the stage of innovation, profit improvement and sustainable development. Effective online enterprise propaganda is essential.Company profile belongs to business discourse.At present, the application of business discourse in China is mainly concentrated in the fields of language teaching, translation theory and cultural studies. However, the research on the application of genre analysis to business practice in the digital age is relatively rare.This paper aims to provide reference for domestic enterprises by analyzing the online introduction of global famous petrochemical enterprises.Based on Swales and Bhatia, this paper compares the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign enterprise profiles in text structure, language use and content innovation by setting up a database of online enterprise profiles of large petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad.And put forward the suggestion for the writing of the propaganda material of our country enterprise.The results show that, compared with foreign countries, the text structure of domestic enterprise profile is more fixed and comprehensive, the description of honor is more, the information of company income, product application and so on, which is concerned by consumers, is lacking, the language is very detailed and exquisite, but it lacks emphasis and characteristic.Rich but not clear enough.It is suggested that the brief introduction of domestic petrochemical enterprises should be based on the idea of "focusing on the key points, plain language, close to the consumer", and increase the space of enterprise income, product application, consumer answer, social responsibility and information security in the structure of the enterprise.The use of language should be more cordial, simple and flexible on the basis of maintaining traditional Chinese characteristics, and the use of language should be reduced by adding specific project cases in terms of content and reducing the application of complex multimedia.
