【摘要】：眾所周知,中華文化典籍是承載中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的載體,也是中國(guó)文化自信的源泉。目前,我國(guó)正處于大發(fā)展大變革大調(diào)整時(shí)代,中國(guó)文化走出去已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)文化自信的必然要求,而翻譯在其中扮演了重要的角色。本文以《論語(yǔ)》的兩個(gè)英譯本為例,討論了百科知識(shí)在翻譯中華文化典籍中的關(guān)鍵作用,呼吁譯者要注重積累或夯實(shí)自身的百科知識(shí)以避免硬譯或錯(cuò)譯,只有這樣我們才能擔(dān)負(fù)起增強(qiáng)中國(guó)文化自信的重任。
[Abstract]:As we all know, Chinese cultural classics are the carrier of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the source of Chinese cultural confidence.At present, China is in the era of great development, great transformation and great adjustment. Chinese culture has become an inevitable requirement of Chinese cultural self-confidence, and translation plays an important role in it.Taking two English versions of Analects of Confucius as an example, this paper discusses the key role of encyclopedic knowledge in translating Chinese cultural classics, and calls on translators to pay attention to accumulating or consolidating their own encyclopedia knowledge in order to avoid hard translation or mistranslation.Only in this way can we shoulder the responsibility of enhancing the confidence of Chinese culture.
