【摘要】：百年大計,教育為本,教育大計,教師為本。在新建地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的形勢下,應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的培養(yǎng)模式對教師隊伍建設(shè)提出了更高要求,而要進(jìn)一步提高外語學(xué)院應(yīng)用技術(shù)型商務(wù)英語人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、科學(xué)研究水平和社會服務(wù)能力,關(guān)鍵在于商務(wù)英語"雙師型"教師創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)。本文就教師創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的必要性與可行性、具體措施和保障措施進(jìn)行分析研究,以期通過培養(yǎng)商務(wù)英語"雙師型"教師創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)能力來推動該專業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:A hundred-year plan, education-based, educational-based, teacher-oriented.Under the situation of the transformation and development of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges, the training mode of applied technical talents has put forward higher requirements for the construction of teachers, and the quality of the cultivation of applied technical business English talents in foreign language colleges should be further improved.The key to the level of scientific research and the ability of social service lies in the cultivation of the teaching ability of innovative entrepreneurship education for the "double qualified" teachers of business English.This paper analyzes and studies the necessity and feasibility, concrete measures and guarantee measures of teachers' innovative and entrepreneurial education and teaching ability cultivation.The aim is to promote the development of Business English by cultivating the teaching ability of innovative entrepreneurship education.
