【摘要】：本翻譯實踐報告以筆者節(jié)選翻譯A Wrestling Life的前六章作為分析對象。原作是一本勵志類人物傳記文本,從廣義上也可以看做是一部以敘述為主的散文小說,對于初涉翻譯領域的學生來講,此文本更具實踐和研究價值。經與導師商榷,決定將此翻譯實踐項目作為本翻譯實踐報告的分析對象。本翻譯實踐報告是對此次翻譯任務過程和完成情況所做的介紹、分析和總結,翻譯形式為英譯漢,共分為任務描述、過程描述、譯前準備、案例分析和實踐總結五部分。第一章任務描述介紹了此次任務的來源、內容、要求和進程安排;第二章過程描述從任務的接受、準備、翻譯和審校四方面對項目翻譯的整個過程進行詳細描述;第三章譯前準備包括傳記文本的文體和語言特點分析、平行文本的閱讀分析、原文本的閱讀分析、工具書和專有名詞翻譯以及翻譯理論的選擇五部分;第四章案例分析是本翻譯實踐報告的核心章節(jié),根據(jù)實踐過程中的具體操作,從詞層、句層、四字格和修辭翻譯四個方面詳細分析了轉換、意譯、增譯、省譯、正反反正等譯法的靈活運用和效果;第五章是此次翻譯實踐的體會總結,講述了翻譯過程中的亮點、不足以及修改策略。
[Abstract]:This translation practice report takes the first six chapters of A Wrestling Life as the object of analysis.The original is an inspirational biographical text, which can also be regarded as a narrative prose novel in a broad sense. For the students involved in the field of translation, this text has more practical and research value.After discussing with the tutor, it is decided that this translation practice project should be regarded as the analysis object of this translation practice report.This translation practice report is an introduction, an analysis and a summary of the process and completion of the translation. It is divided into five parts: task description, process description, pre-translation preparation, case analysis and practice summary.The first chapter introduces the source, content, requirement and process of the task, the second chapter describes the whole process of project translation from four aspects: task acceptance, preparation, translation and revision.The third chapter consists of five parts: the stylistic and linguistic analysis of the biographical text, the reading analysis of the parallel text, the reading analysis of the original text, the translation of reference books and proper nouns, and the selection of translation theories.Chapter IV case study is the core chapter of this translation practice report. According to the concrete operation in the process of translation, the paper analyzes the conversion, free translation, incremental translation and economizing translation from four aspects: word level, sentence level, four-character level and rhetorical translation.The fifth chapter is a summary of the experience of the translation practice, the highlights of the translation process, shortcomings and modification strategies.
