跨文化意識(shí)在高校茶藝英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)茶葉進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展空前繁榮,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)茶藝工作者英語(yǔ)水平提出了全新要求,高校茶藝英語(yǔ)教學(xué)日益受到關(guān)注。茶藝專業(yè)英語(yǔ)課程的展開是為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在海外文化交流中語(yǔ)言交流能力,幫助專業(yè)學(xué)生在了解我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)茶文化基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行跨文化交流,培養(yǎng)符合當(dāng)前國(guó)際茶葉市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的專業(yè)人才?缥幕庾R(shí)在茶藝專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用,有助于提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和交際能力,幫助學(xué)生理解海外文化,提高茶藝專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教育效果。但現(xiàn)階段高校茶藝專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)不能充分認(rèn)識(shí)到文化差異與跨文化意識(shí)重要性,造成學(xué)生英語(yǔ)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力不高,教師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中忽視跨文化意識(shí)引入,專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)體系有待完善。鑒于此,本文首先從理論角度介紹了我國(guó)高校茶藝英語(yǔ)課程開設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和跨文化意識(shí)對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)意義;其次從實(shí)踐角度提出跨文化意識(shí)融入茶藝英語(yǔ)教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題和解決對(duì)策,以期為我國(guó)茶葉專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的跨文化意識(shí)培養(yǎng)有所借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration and the unprecedented prosperity of tea import and export trade in China, new requirements have been put forward for the English proficiency of domestic tea artists, and the teaching of tea art English in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention.The purpose of the English course for tea majors is to develop students' ability of language exchange in overseas cultural exchanges, and to help professional students to carry out cross-cultural exchanges on the basis of understanding the traditional tea culture in China.Train professional talents in line with the current international tea market development trend.The application of cross-cultural consciousness in English teaching for tea majors will help to improve students' interest in learning and communicative competence, help students understand overseas culture and improve the effect of English education for tea majors.However, at this stage, English teaching for tea majors in colleges and universities cannot fully recognize the importance of cultural differences and cross-cultural awareness, which results in students' poor practical ability to use English, and teachers ignore the introduction of cross-cultural awareness in the process of teaching.The teaching system of professional English needs to be improved.In view of this, this paper first introduces the present situation of tea art English course in colleges and universities in China and the significance of cross-cultural consciousness to English teaching from the perspective of theory, and then puts forward the problems and solutions to the integration of cross-cultural awareness into tea art English teaching from the perspective of practice.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the cultivation of cross-cultural consciousness in English teaching for tea majors in China.
