【摘要】：伴隨著各國科技的蓬勃發(fā)展和國家間科技交流的日益增多,科技英語已經(jīng)成為了全球范圍內(nèi)科技交流的重要載體。如何翻譯好科技英語文本并傳達出準確的科技內(nèi)容是翻譯人員所要面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。本次翻譯實踐選取了一篇有關(guān)新能源發(fā)展的科技英語報告作為翻譯實踐的材料。翻譯原文為AR亨德森、JK菲利普斯等四位作者共同撰寫的《歐洲五國海上風(fēng)電政策評述》的第五章。原文本介紹了歐洲五國海上風(fēng)電的發(fā)展情況,說明了五國海上發(fā)電的發(fā)展動力、障礙和經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),指出了海上風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展滯后于人們預(yù)期的主要原因。翻譯報告包括四個部分。第一章主要介紹了本次翻譯任務(wù)的背景、特點和相關(guān)翻譯文獻綜述。第二章描述了譯前、譯中和譯后階段的任務(wù)完成情況。第三章結(jié)合翻譯中的困難對翻譯案例進行了詳細的分析,論述了直譯法、意譯法、逆序譯法等翻譯方法和技巧在術(shù)語和縮略語的翻譯、長難句的翻譯以及被動句的翻譯中的應(yīng)用。第四章總結(jié)了本次翻譯實踐的收獲、不足之處以及對今后研究的建議。譯者通過對科技文本的翻譯,積累并總結(jié)出科技英語的經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn),希望這些經(jīng)驗?zāi)転榭萍加⒄Z的翻譯者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of science and technology and the increasing exchange of science and technology among countries, English for science and technology has become an important carrier of scientific and technological exchanges worldwide. How to translate scientific and technological English texts and convey accurate scientific and technological content is a major challenge faced by translators. The translation practice has been selected. A scientific and technical English report on the development of new energy sources as a translation practice. Chapter 5 of the Review of Offshore Wind Power policies of the five European countries, co-authored by AR Henderson and JK Phillips and others. The text introduces the development of offshore wind power in five European countries. The main reasons why the development of offshore wind power industry lags behind people's expectations are pointed out. The translation report consists of four parts. Chapter one mainly introduces the background of this translation task. Chapter two describes the completion of the tasks in the pre-translation, Chinese-Chinese and post-translation phases. Chapter three makes a detailed analysis of the translation cases in the light of the difficulties in translation, and discusses the literal translation method and the free translation method. The application of reverse translation methods and techniques in the translation of terms and acronyms, the translation of long and difficult sentences and the translation of passive sentences. Chapter four summarizes the achievements of this translation practice. The translator accumulates and sums up the experience and lessons of EST through the translation of EST texts, hoping that these experiences can be used as a reference for the translators of EST.
