【摘要】：倫理是確保人類行為向善的準(zhǔn)則規(guī)范及價值取向。醫(yī)學(xué)與翻譯雖分屬不同領(lǐng)域,但在“求善”這一倫理追求上卻有著高度的一致。在后現(xiàn)代語境下,對于“差異”與“他者”的包容與尊重不僅是翻譯活動“求善”的關(guān)鍵,也是醫(yī)學(xué)人道主義所應(yīng)包含的主要內(nèi)容。在某種程度上,將autism譯為“孤獨癥”違背科技術(shù)語翻譯“求真”的原則,而譯為“自閉癥”則違背其“求善”的倫理要求,因此建議處理為“奧蒂森癥”這樣的音義混成詞,以便在不違背“求真”原則基礎(chǔ)上,避免因類似“自閉”所帶有的負(fù)面聯(lián)想意義而違背“求善”的倫理原則。
[Abstract]:Ethics is to ensure that the standards and values of human behavior. And good medical translation although they belong to different fields, but in the "goodness" of the ethical pursuit are highly consistent. In the postmodern context, the "tolerance and respect for differences" and "the other" is not only the key to translation activities "goodness", with the main content of medical humanism. To some extent, autism will be translated as "autism" against the translation of the terminology of "seeking truth" principle, which is translated as "autism" against the "goodness" of the ethical requirements, because this proposal as "Otis." this sounds portmanteau words, in order to not violate the "truth" principle, to avoid similar "autistic" with negative associative meaning and contrary to the ethical principles of goodness ".
