【摘要】：本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的研究對(duì)象是《生物燃料工程工藝技術(shù)》(Biofuels Engineering Process Technology) —書中的第一章和第四章,研究?jī)?nèi)容是標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的語(yǔ)義功能在譯文中的應(yīng)用與再現(xiàn)。報(bào)告選取了英語(yǔ)和漢語(yǔ)中均較為常用且具有代表性的標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)(冒號(hào)、分號(hào)、破折號(hào)和括號(hào)),對(duì)其語(yǔ)義功能進(jìn)行了探討;接著選取了一些典型譯例,分析漢語(yǔ)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的語(yǔ)義功能在譯文中的運(yùn)用以及原文中標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的語(yǔ)義功能在譯文中的再現(xiàn);并在此基礎(chǔ)上論證了標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的處理對(duì)于譯文質(zhì)量的好壞有著極其重要的影響,而且還是衡量譯者翻譯能力以及工作態(tài)度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。本報(bào)告共有七章。第一章是引言部分,簡(jiǎn)要概述了本報(bào)告的背景信息。第二章簡(jiǎn)要分析了翻譯文本的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)及任務(wù)要求。第三章則是回顧了整個(gè)翻譯實(shí)踐的過程。第四章主要對(duì)冒號(hào)、分號(hào)、破折號(hào)和括號(hào)這四種常見的標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的語(yǔ)義功能進(jìn)行了分析。第五章和第六章則是具體的案例分析。第五章就漢語(yǔ)冒號(hào)、分號(hào)、破折號(hào)和括號(hào)在譯文中的運(yùn)用給出了具體實(shí)例;而第六章則是對(duì)原文中標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的語(yǔ)義在譯文中的再現(xiàn)給出了若干實(shí)例,并具體分析了翻譯中標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的兩種主要處理方法:英漢標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)換以及標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)與語(yǔ)言文字的轉(zhuǎn)換。第七章對(duì)在本次翻譯實(shí)踐過程中的收獲、感想以及存在的不足之處作了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The subject of this translation practice report is Biofuels Engineering Process Technology, the first and fourth chapters of the book, The study focuses on the application and reproduction of the semantic functions of punctuation marks in the translation. The report selects punctuation marks (colon, semicolon), which are commonly used in English and Chinese, as well as representative punctuation marks (colons, semicolons, and semicolons). The semantic functions of dashes and parentheses are discussed, and then some typical translation examples are selected to analyze the application of the semantic functions of Chinese punctuation marks in the translation and the reproduction of the semantic functions of the punctuation marks in the original text. On the basis of this, it is demonstrated that the processing of punctuation has an extremely important influence on the quality of the translation, and it is also one of the criteria for measuring the translator's translation ability and working attitude. There are seven chapters in this report. The first chapter is the introduction. Chapter two gives a brief analysis of the linguistic characteristics and task requirements of the translated text. Chapter three reviews the whole process of translation practice. Chapter four focuses on colon, semicolon, etc. The semicolons, semicolons, dashes and parentheses are used in the translation of Chinese colon, semicolons, dashes and parentheses. The sixth chapter gives some examples of the semantic reproduction of punctuation marks in the original text. It also analyzes the two main processing methods of punctuation in translation: the conversion between English and Chinese punctuation and the conversion between punctuation and language. Feelings and shortcomings are summarized.
