【摘要】:大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是提高外語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要保證。文章在梳理大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從組織學(xué)習(xí)的角度探討了大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、意義與路徑。指出大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師在個(gè)體主義教師文化中,"不愿"和"無(wú)須"專業(yè)發(fā)展制約了教師水平的提升。大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是在組織發(fā)展愿景下不斷改善心智模式、實(shí)現(xiàn)自我超越的過(guò)程,其可能路徑為實(shí)踐中反思、共享技藝庫(kù)和學(xué)習(xí)共同體。
[Abstract]:The professional development of college English teachers is an important guarantee to improve the quality of foreign language teaching and talent training. This paper discusses the connotation of college English teachers' professional development from the perspective of organizational learning. Meaning and path. It is pointed out that college English teachers'"unwilling" and "no" professional development restrict the improvement of teachers' level in individualistic teacher culture. The professional development of college English teachers is to improve their mental model under the vision of organizational development. The possible path of self-transcendence is reflection in practice, sharing skill base and learning community.
