【摘要】：近年來我國高職教育發(fā)展迅速,高職院校的學(xué)生已經(jīng)成為一個龐大的英語學(xué)習(xí)群體。不同于一般本科學(xué)生,高職生的英語基礎(chǔ)普遍較差,學(xué)習(xí)能力相對較弱。對于英語學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)動機是一個重要的非智力影響因素,因此對高職生學(xué)習(xí)動機的研究和培養(yǎng)就顯得非常重要。本研究嘗試從國外應(yīng)用語言學(xué)界較新的理論成果動態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論著手,采用動態(tài)測量的方式,在問卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對高職生英語學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)動機進行深入研究,著重分析學(xué)生的專業(yè)英語學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀、學(xué)習(xí)特點、學(xué)習(xí)動機的動態(tài)變化特征以及影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動機的因素。研究首先分析了高職學(xué)生專業(yè)英語學(xué)習(xí)動機的研究背景,梳理了中外學(xué)者關(guān)于英語學(xué)習(xí)動機和動態(tài)動機的研究現(xiàn)狀。在某高職學(xué)校,選取了英語專業(yè)的兩個班級學(xué)生,基于動態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)動機測量“三明治模式”的整體教學(xué)設(shè)計和學(xué)習(xí)動機“測試-教學(xué)”模式的實施,進行了為期一個學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)改革實驗。在實驗班采用動態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)動機的培養(yǎng)策略進行教學(xué),在對照班實施傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法。期間,對每一個班級學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機,分別在學(xué)期初、中、末的不同時間節(jié)點,進行了四次動態(tài)動機的測試。研究結(jié)果表明,實驗班學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)動機的變化是比較顯著的。根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查、課堂觀察和課外訪談的結(jié)果分析顯示,高職生英語的動態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)動機呈現(xiàn)以下特點:學(xué)習(xí)動機個性化;學(xué)習(xí)動機實用化;學(xué)習(xí)類型差異化;自我效能感高低并存;學(xué)習(xí)動機的復(fù)合性;學(xué)習(xí)動機的趨成避敗。目前高職生英語學(xué)習(xí)存在缺少學(xué)習(xí)目標和計劃、學(xué)習(xí)依賴性強、自主學(xué)習(xí)能力較低、對知識信仰不高及求知欲和上進心不強等方面的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究提出了促進和維持英語學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)動機的策略,包括:培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,激發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)在學(xué)習(xí)動機;改變教師傳統(tǒng)觀念,創(chuàng)設(shè)新型課堂模式;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly, and students in higher vocational colleges have become a large group of English learners. Unlike ordinary undergraduate students, higher vocational students generally have a poor English foundation and relatively weak learning ability. Learning motivation is an important non-intellectual factor, so it is very important to study and cultivate the learning motivation of vocational college students. This study attempts to start with the dynamic system theory, which is a relatively new theoretical achievement in the field of applied linguistics abroad. On the basis of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper makes a deep study on the dynamic motivation of vocational college students' English learning, focusing on the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of students' professional English learning. The dynamic characteristics of learning motivation and the factors influencing students' learning motivation. Firstly, the research background of vocational college students' professional English learning motivation is analyzed. This paper reviews the current research situation of English learning motivation and dynamic motivation among Chinese and foreign scholars. In a vocational school, two classes of English majors are selected. The whole teaching design based on dynamic learning motivation measurement "sandwich mode" and the implementation of "test-teaching" model of learning motivation. A one-semester English teaching reform experiment was conducted. The dynamic learning motivation was adopted in the experimental class and the traditional teaching method was implemented in the control class. Four times of dynamic motivation tests were conducted at different time points at the beginning, middle and end of the semester. The results showed that the students' English learning motivation in the experimental class changed significantly. The results of classroom observation and extracurricular interviews show that the dynamic learning motivation of vocational college students presents the following characteristics: individuation of learning motivation; pragmatism of learning motivation; differentiation of learning types; coexistence of self-efficacy; The complexity of learning motivation, the tendency of learning motivation to avoid defeat. At present, there is a lack of learning goals and plans in English learning of vocational college students, learning dependence is strong, autonomous learning ability is low, On the basis of this, this study puts forward some strategies to promote and maintain the dynamic motivation of English learning, including: cultivating learning interest and stimulating students' intrinsic learning motivation; To change teachers' traditional ideas, to create new classroom models and to cultivate students' confidence in learning English.
