漢語環(huán)境下高一學(xué)生英語否定句磨蝕的實證研究

【摘要】:語言磨蝕主要研究人們言語能力的衰退,學(xué)習(xí)者如果在一段時間內(nèi)減少某種語言的使用頻率和接觸數(shù)量,那么他的語言表達(dá)能力就會慢慢下降,使用這種語言也越來越生疏。自上世紀(jì)80年代以來,有關(guān)語言磨蝕的研究層出不窮,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者重點研究語言磨蝕的定義、理論假說、形成機(jī)制和影響因素等,并取得了令人矚目的研究成果。語言習(xí)得的研究也為語言磨蝕的發(fā)展奠定了重要基礎(chǔ),二者密切相關(guān)。在眾多語言磨蝕的理論假說中,回歸假說是較早提出且影響較大的理論,它主要研究語言磨蝕順序和習(xí)得順序的關(guān)系,并且主張磨蝕順序和習(xí)得順序相反。語言磨蝕主要分為語音磨蝕、詞匯磨蝕和句法磨蝕等方面。在句法磨蝕中,對于否定結(jié)構(gòu)的研究備受國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注,具有極大的研究價值;趪鴥(nèi)外研究成果,本文選擇中國高一學(xué)生作為研究對象,主要研究其在漢語環(huán)境下英語否定句磨蝕的情況;诖斯P者提出了三個研究問題:1.中國高中生英語否定句磨蝕的實際情況如何?2.這種磨蝕狀況能否驗證語言磨蝕的回歸假說理論?3.影響高中生英語否定句磨蝕的主要因素有哪些?為此,筆者選擇30名高一學(xué)生作為研究對象,采用調(diào)查問卷和測試等研究方法,在學(xué)生參加中考前和暑假結(jié)束后,進(jìn)行兩次相同的英語否定句測試并對比測試結(jié)果,旨在研究歷經(jīng)三個月的暑假后學(xué)生英語否定句的磨蝕情況。通過分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)得出如下結(jié)論:語言磨蝕確實存在于高中生的英語否定句學(xué)習(xí)中,并且,英語否定句磨蝕的實際情況符合語言磨蝕的回歸假說理論,最后,主要影響因素包括磨蝕前英語水平、與英語接觸量以及漢英語言差異。依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,筆者認(rèn)為國內(nèi)英語教師應(yīng)重視高中學(xué)生英語否定句的學(xué)習(xí)及其保持,應(yīng)針對學(xué)生差異幫助其設(shè)定適合自身且利于進(jìn)步的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),學(xué)生應(yīng)采用多種方式保持英語接觸量和使用頻率,教師應(yīng)教授學(xué)生多種復(fù)習(xí)策略幫助其減少英語磨蝕。
[Abstract]:Language attrition mainly studies the decline of people's speech ability. If a learner reduces the frequency of use of a language and the number of contacts over a period of time, his language expression ability will slowly decline. Since -20s, there has been an endless stream of research on language abrasion. Scholars at home and abroad have focused on the definition, theoretical hypothesis, formation mechanism and influencing factors of language abrasion. The research on language acquisition also lays an important foundation for the development of language attrition, which is closely related to each other. Among the theoretical hypotheses of language attrition, the regression hypothesis is an early and influential theory. It mainly studies the relationship between the order of language erosion and the order of acquisition, and argues that the order of attrition is opposite to the order of acquisition. Language abrasion is mainly divided into three aspects: phonetic abrasion, lexical abrasion and syntactic abrasion. The study of negative structure has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad, and has great research value. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper chooses the Chinese Senior one students as the research object. Based on this, the author puts forward three research questions: 1. What is the actual situation of English negative sentence erosion in Chinese senior high school students? 2. Can this abrasion condition verify the regression hypothesis theory of language abrasion? 3. What are the main factors that affect the erosion of English negative sentences in senior high school students? For this reason, the author chooses 30 senior high school students as the research object, adopts the questionnaire and the test and so on, carries on the same English negative sentence test twice before the middle school examination and after the summer vacation, and compares the test result. The purpose of this study is to study the students' English negative sentence erosion after three months of summer vacation. Through the analysis of the survey data, it is concluded that language erosion does exist in the English negative sentence learning of senior high school students. The actual situation of English negative sentence erosion accords with the regression hypothesis theory of language attrition. Finally, the main influencing factors include the English level before abrasion, the amount of contact with English and the difference between Chinese and English. The author holds that English teachers in China should pay attention to the learning and maintenance of English negative sentences among senior high school students, and help them to set their own and progressive learning goals according to their differences. Students should maintain English contact and use frequency in many ways, and teachers should teach students a variety of review strategies to help them reduce English erosion.
