【摘要】：本文基于美國當(dāng)代英語語料庫,運(yùn)用"構(gòu)式搭配分析法"(StefanowitschGries2003;GriesStefanowitsch 2004),考察英語形容詞與"強(qiáng)化詞+形容詞"構(gòu)式之間的關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)度,并通過聚類分析對(duì)強(qiáng)化詞重新分類,借助對(duì)應(yīng)分析對(duì)極強(qiáng)詞的語義分布差異進(jìn)行可視化呈現(xiàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1)"構(gòu)式搭配分析法"對(duì)計(jì)算詞與相應(yīng)構(gòu)式的關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)度較為有效;2)聚類分析的結(jié)果證實(shí)強(qiáng)化詞內(nèi)部確有極強(qiáng)詞與較強(qiáng)詞的區(qū)分,但兩者之間并非涇渭分明,這是由于有些傳統(tǒng)的較強(qiáng)詞已進(jìn)入極強(qiáng)詞的范疇;同時(shí),聚類分析還能展示同類強(qiáng)化詞的相似程度以及不同類別強(qiáng)化詞的相異程度;3)6個(gè)典型的近義極強(qiáng)詞,即absolutely,completely,entirely,perfectly,totally,utterly,在與形容詞搭配時(shí)存在差異,對(duì)應(yīng)分析將這種搭配差異映射到二維空間距離,由此能呈現(xiàn)極強(qiáng)詞的語義差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the contemporary American English corpus, this paper uses the method of construction collocation analysis to study the correlation strength between English adjectives and "adjectives of reinforcement" by using the method of construction collocation analysis (StefanowitschGries2003 / GriesStefanowitsch 2004), and reclassifies the intensifiers by cluster analysis. Using correspondence analysis to visualize the semantic distribution difference of very strong words, it is found that the "Construction collocation Analysis" is more effective for the correlation strength of the computing words and the corresponding constructions. There is a distinction between very strong words and stronger words. But there is not a clear distinction between the two because some of the traditional stronger words have come into the category of very strong words; at the same time, The cluster analysis can also show the similarity degree of similar reinforcement words and the difference degree of different kinds of reinforcement words.) there are differences in collocation with adjectives in 6 typical very strong synonyms, that is, absolute complete complete perfect totallyutterly. Correspondence analysis maps the collocation difference to two dimensional spatial distance, which can show the semantic difference of strong words.
