【摘要】：在職教師勝任力的提升與其繼續(xù)教育現(xiàn)狀密不可分。為了提高廣大中學英語教師的勝任力,教育部、各省教育廳等每年都會舉辦國家級、省級等不同層次的培訓。從基本情況、專業(yè)水平、培訓現(xiàn)狀、培訓需求等四個方面對參與國培的中學英語教師進行調(diào)查與分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):參與國培的并非都是專職英語教師;教師最需要提升的專業(yè)知識是聽、說能力,難以自身發(fā)展的是科研能力、語言運用能力和教學設計能力;而現(xiàn)有培訓理論居多、實踐偏少,參與式討論的培訓模式很少。教師最希望的培訓者是優(yōu)秀的一線教師,其次是專家。大部分教師都希望有一段相對較長而穩(wěn)定的時間段來提升自己的職業(yè)勝任力。針對上述問題,提出以下建議:受訓單位要高效利用各種不同層次的培訓;培訓單位要制定接地氣、本土化的培訓方案,以提高培訓實效;完善教師勝任力校本發(fā)展模式,明確提升策略。
[Abstract]:The improvement of the competence of in-service teachers is closely related to the current situation of continuing education. In order to improve the competence of the vast number of English teachers in middle schools, the Ministry of Education and provincial education departments hold training at different levels at the national and provincial levels every year. From the basic situation, The investigation and analysis of the English teachers in middle schools in the participating countries from four aspects: the professional level, the current training situation and the training needs are as follows: not all the English teachers trained in the participating countries are full-time English teachers, and the teachers' professional knowledge most in need of promotion is listening. It is difficult to develop the ability of scientific research, the ability of using language and the ability of teaching design. But the current training theory is the majority, the practice is on the low side, and the training mode of participatory discussion is very few. The teacher's most desired trainer is the excellent front-line teacher. Secondly, the experts. Most teachers hope to have a relatively long and stable period to improve their professional competence. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward: the training units should make efficient use of different levels of training; In order to improve the training effectiveness, the training unit should establish the approachable and local training program, perfect the school-based development model of teachers' competence, and make clear the promotion strategy.
