【摘要】：由于在信用證的兩種開立形式信開信用證和電開信用證中,電開信用證文本在國際貿(mào)易實(shí)踐中占絕對優(yōu)勢,從業(yè)者對電開SWIFT信用證文本又存在諸多疑惑,因此,研究電開信用證文本就成了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。筆者在本文將就電開SWIFT文本進(jìn)行研究,找出SWIFT文本存在的共性疑難問題,并提出破解這些疑難問題的方法,從而對外貿(mào)從業(yè)人員提供借鑒。
