【摘要】：隨著國際合作的加深,涉外工程項目日益增多,其合作形式通常以國際招投標(biāo)的形式完成。按照國際慣例,與國際招投標(biāo)有關(guān)的文件資料必須有相應(yīng)的英文版。因此,標(biāo)書翻譯在國際招投標(biāo)過程中必不可缺,特別是當(dāng)中國公司參與到國外的投標(biāo)工作時,高質(zhì)量的翻譯對投標(biāo)人能否中標(biāo)有著至關(guān)重要的作用。目前,多數(shù)招投標(biāo)文件的翻譯研究主要以英漢翻譯為主,本人參與的《"援建津巴布韋議會大廈項目"投標(biāo)文件》中的《技術(shù)文件》屬于漢英翻譯,是法律翻譯和科技翻譯的結(jié)合,屬于實用文體翻譯。德國功能翻譯理論對實用文體翻譯具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義。克里斯蒂安·諾德作為德國功能主義的集大成者,完善了功能理論。在學(xué)習(xí)了其理論觀點后,本人將諾德功能主義翻譯理論應(yīng)用到了此次翻譯任務(wù)中,并對整個翻譯過程加以總結(jié)形成翻譯實踐報告。在功能加忠誠原則的指導(dǎo)下,本人發(fā)現(xiàn)翻譯導(dǎo)向的文本分析模式能幫助譯者更好的分析文本,從而生成不同的翻譯策略。本人在此翻譯任務(wù)中的實踐也證明了循環(huán)模式對翻譯過程具有極高的實踐指導(dǎo)意義。本報告分為四章,第一章是對翻譯任務(wù)進(jìn)行介紹。第二章重點介紹了翻譯任務(wù)的理論框架。第三章是在理論指導(dǎo)下的翻譯過程分析,包括翻譯綱要分析、源文分析、翻譯策略及文本生成。第四章總結(jié)了翻譯發(fā)現(xiàn)及缺陷和建議,并希望本人的實踐報告他人提供一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of international cooperation, the number of foreign engineering projects is increasing, and the forms of cooperation are usually completed in the form of international bidding. According to international practice, documents relating to international bidding must have corresponding English versions. The translation of bid documents is indispensable in the international bidding process, especially when Chinese companies participate in the bidding work abroad, high quality translation plays an important role in whether the bidder can win the bid. The translation of most bidding documents is mainly conducted in English and Chinese. The technical documents in the bid document "assisting Zimbabwe Parliament Building Project", in which I participated, belong to Chinese-English translation, which is a combination of legal translation and scientific translation. German functional translation theory has a strong guiding significance for practical style translation. Christian Nord, as an integrator of German functionalism, has perfected the functional theory. After studying his theoretical point of view, I apply Nord's functionalist translation theory to this translation task and summarize the whole translation process to form a translation practice report under the guidance of the principle of function and loyalty. I find that the translator-oriented model of text analysis can help the translator to better analyze the text. Thus, different translation strategies are generated. My practice in this translation task also proves that the circular mode has a high practical significance in the translation process. This report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the translation tasks, the second chapter focuses on the theoretical framework of translation tasks. The third chapter analyzes the translation process under the guidance of the theory, including the analysis of the translation outline and the analysis of the source text. Translation strategies and text generation. Chapter 4th summarizes the translation findings, defects and suggestions, and hopes that my practice report can be used for reference by others.
