【摘要】：本文首先提出了法學(xué)翻譯的基本原則,解釋了什么是"直譯"及其和"信雅達(dá)"之間的關(guān)系,并論證直譯對(duì)于法學(xué)翻譯的必要性。然后,本文從字詞和句子兩個(gè)層面上探討直譯原則的實(shí)踐操作,以及必要的變通。最后,本文對(duì)初譯者提出幾條可供參考的具體建議。初譯者應(yīng)毫無保留地將直譯作為原則,只有在為了照顧中文表達(dá)習(xí)慣的情況下才在尊重原意的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)原文結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行必要的調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:This paper first puts forward the basic principles of legal translation, explains what is "literal translation" and the relationship between "literal translation" and "Shinya", and proves the necessity of literal translation for legal translation. This paper discusses the practical operation of the literal translation principle and the necessary modifications from the word and sentence levels. Finally, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for the first translator to refer to. The first translator should take literal translation as the principle without reservation. Only in order to take care of the habit of expressing in Chinese can we adjust the structure of the original text on the basis of respecting the original meaning.
