【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)與世界各國(guó)文化交流日益頻繁和中國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力的提升,各類形式的影視作品如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)。紀(jì)錄片作為一種重要的現(xiàn)代影視藝術(shù)和大眾傳媒手段,在文化交流與傳播中愈加扮演著不可或缺的角色。因此,有關(guān)紀(jì)錄片字幕翻譯實(shí)踐的分析與研究有著十分重要的意義。本報(bào)告基于作者在臺(tái)灣有道傳媒公司的筆譯實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目,從奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論角度討論紀(jì)錄片字幕的翻譯特點(diǎn),要求,方法和策略,并對(duì)紀(jì)錄片作為文化載體的作用加以明確和強(qiáng)調(diào)。報(bào)告分為四個(gè)章節(jié),第一章詳細(xì)介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目、任務(wù)特點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn),并簡(jiǎn)述了翻譯過(guò)程;第二章根據(jù)現(xiàn)有研究和作者自己的思考,對(duì)字幕和紀(jì)錄片字幕翻譯加以分析;第三章簡(jiǎn)述了奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論以及將其運(yùn)用到字幕翻譯的可行性和必要性;第四章通過(guò)具體案例,從詞匯,句法和文體風(fēng)格的角度闡述作者在功能對(duì)等理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)直譯,釋義,濃縮,借用,重組等多種翻譯方法和技巧來(lái)解決紀(jì)錄片的信息傳遞和文化傳播等問(wèn)題的具體情況。作者希望此報(bào)告能為紀(jì)錄片字幕的英譯工作提供一定參考,引發(fā)對(duì)于相關(guān)研究的進(jìn)一步思考,并為該紀(jì)錄片吸引更多觀眾。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly frequent cultural exchanges between China and the rest of the world and the promotion of the soft power of Chinese culture, various forms of film and television works have sprung up. Documentary as an important means of modern film and television art and mass media, Therefore, the analysis and research on documentary subtitle translation practice is of great significance. This report is based on the author's translation practice project at youdao Media Company in Taiwan. From the perspective of Nida's functional equivalence theory, this paper discusses the characteristics, requirements, methods and strategies of subtitle translation of documentaries, and clarifies and emphasizes the role of documentaries as cultural carriers. The report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the translation project, task characteristics and difficulties in detail, and briefly describes the translation process, the second chapter analyzes the subtitle and documentary subtitle translation according to the existing research and the author's own thinking. Chapter three briefly introduces Nida's functional equivalence theory and the feasibility and necessity of applying it to subtitle translation. Chapter 4th illustrates the author's theory of functional equivalence from the perspective of lexical syntactic and stylistic style through specific cases. Through literal translation, interpretation, enrichment, borrowing, recombination and other translation methods and techniques to solve the specific situation of information transmission and cultural transmission of documentaries, the author hopes that this report can provide some reference for the translation of documentary subtitles into English. To stimulate further reflection on the relevant research and attract more viewers for the documentary.
