【摘要】：在歐美國家,醫(yī)學口譯行業(yè)已得到較為成熟的發(fā)展,但在國內(nèi),該行業(yè)起步較晚,尚未能實現(xiàn)規(guī)范化和正式化。近年來,國內(nèi)醫(yī)學口譯市場正不斷擴大,對醫(yī)學口譯人才的需求也在逐漸增加。本文以在蘭州市口腔醫(yī)院的三場口腔醫(yī)學類口譯實踐為例,遵循釋意理論口譯表達原則,即清晰的譯語表達,脫離語言外殼和有口才的表達等為指導,從語言表達方面分析口譯實踐過程中出現(xiàn)的表達缺陷,即表達冗余和偏口語化,逐一分析本次實踐活動中失敗的譯例,并給出修改建議和應對策略。同時,本文以成功的譯例佐證,提出發(fā)揮演講口才和規(guī)范譯語表達等提高口譯質(zhì)量的策略,以及及時修正失誤,充分利用現(xiàn)場資源等口譯現(xiàn)場技巧,以期實現(xiàn)更好的口譯表達效果。
[Abstract]:In Europe and the United States, the medical interpretation industry has been more mature, but in China, the industry started relatively late and failed to realize standardization and formalization. In recent years, the domestic medical interpretation market is expanding. The demand for medical interpreters is also increasing. Taking the three oral interpretation practice in Lanzhou Stomatology Hospital as an example, the author follows the principle of interpretation theory, namely, the clear expression of the target language. Under the guidance of language shell and eloquent expression, this paper analyzes the expression defects in the process of interpreting practice from the aspect of language expression, that is, redundancy of expression and partial colloquialization, and analyzes the translation examples of failure in this practical activity one by one. At the same time, with the help of successful examples, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of interpretation, such as giving full play to speech and standardizing the expression of the target language, and correcting the mistakes in time. Make full use of on-site resources and other interpretation techniques in order to achieve better interpretation performance.
