【摘要】：當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界有關(guān)中國文學(xué)走出去的討論涉及到譯者資格的重要問題。有意見認(rèn)為,英語母語者有語言優(yōu)勢,應(yīng)由他們擔(dān)任中國文學(xué)對外傳播之責(zé)。對此,本文分析了中外譯者各自的長短,指出中國譯者具有在語言理解和文化把握上的雙重優(yōu)勢。并且,目前文學(xué)英譯的大規(guī)模實施不僅要求數(shù)量龐大的譯者加入,還需國家機構(gòu)的資助和組織,這些是中國譯者的獨特環(huán)境,也是漢學(xué)家所不具備的。高校英語教師是豐富的譯者資源,應(yīng)發(fā)揮他們的專業(yè)能力,要從英譯漢轉(zhuǎn)到漢譯英方向上來,為文學(xué)走出去的事業(yè)出力,為國家戰(zhàn)略的需要服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the discussion of Chinese literature going abroad in domestic academic circles involves the important issue of the qualifications of translators. Some people hold that native English speakers have linguistic advantages and should be held responsible for the dissemination of Chinese literature to the outside world. This paper analyzes the respective strengths and weaknesses of Chinese and foreign translators, and points out that Chinese translators have dual advantages in language understanding and cultural mastery. Moreover, the large-scale implementation of literary translation requires not only a large number of translators to join in. They also need the support and organization of state institutions, which are unique to Chinese translators and not available to sinologists. English teachers in colleges and universities are rich in translators' resources and should bring their professional abilities into full play. It is necessary to shift from English-to-Chinese to Chinese-English translation in order to contribute to the undertaking of literature going out and to serve the needs of national strategy.
