【摘要】：作為科技文本的一種,醫(yī)學(xué)文本具有邏輯嚴(yán)密、用詞準(zhǔn)確、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊和行文簡(jiǎn)練等特點(diǎn)。其鮮明的語(yǔ)言特征使醫(yī)學(xué)文本的翻譯也有了特殊性�？紤]到醫(yī)學(xué)文本的主要功能是交流及傳播醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí),而作者翻譯《高血壓的治療方法——非藥物自然降壓》一書(shū)及醫(yī)學(xué)論文《飲食降壓:DASH飲食控制高血壓的效果評(píng)估》的目的也是希望先進(jìn)的醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)能更好地在大眾中傳播。鑒于此,本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告在功能主義目的論的指導(dǎo)下,選擇了醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯中并不常用的意譯、簡(jiǎn)化等方法,使譯文在最大程度還原原文的基礎(chǔ)上,更加通俗易懂、符合譯入語(yǔ)讀者的語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣。本實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告分為五章,第一章對(duì)翻譯任務(wù)的描述主要包括對(duì)原文本的介紹和對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)文本特點(diǎn)的概括;第二章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了功能主義目的論,并對(duì)其發(fā)展和在翻譯中的應(yīng)用作了簡(jiǎn)要分析;第三章是翻譯過(guò)程的描述,整章被分為譯前準(zhǔn)備、譯中和翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的困難三個(gè)部分;第四章,本實(shí)踐報(bào)告的核心章節(jié),主要介紹了翻譯中使用的翻譯技巧意譯、增譯、簡(jiǎn)化、調(diào)整語(yǔ)序和詞性轉(zhuǎn)換,并結(jié)合相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行了分析;第五章為結(jié)論,總結(jié)了本次翻譯實(shí)踐及論文寫(xiě)作中的收獲、自身存在的不足和翻譯過(guò)程中的發(fā)現(xiàn)。希望本實(shí)踐報(bào)告能對(duì)其他譯者翻譯醫(yī)學(xué)文本有所幫助。
[Abstract]:As a kind of scientific and technological text, medical text has strict logic and accurate words. The features of compact structure and concise writing make the translation of medical texts special. Considering that the main function of medical texts is to communicate and disseminate medical knowledge, The purpose of the author's translation of the book "the treatment of Hypertension-Non-drug Natural hypotension" and the medical paper "Diet hypotension: assessing the effect of dietetic diet control hypertension" is also to hope that advanced medical knowledge can be better used in the public. In view of this, Under the guidance of functionalist Skopos Theory, this translation practice report chooses some methods, such as free translation and simplification, which are not commonly used in medical translation, so that the translation can be made easier to understand on the basis of maximum reduction of the original text. In accordance with the language habits of the target readers, this report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the translation tasks mainly including the introduction of the original text and the summary of the characteristics of the medical text, and the second chapter briefly introduces the functionalist Skopos theory. The third chapter is the description of the translation process, the whole chapter is divided into three parts: preparation before translation, difficulties encountered in translation and translation, chapter 4th, the core chapters of this practical report. This paper mainly introduces the translation techniques used in translation, such as free translation, incremental translation, simplification, readjusting word order and part of speech conversion, and analyzes them with relevant cases. Chapter 5th is the conclusion, which summarizes the achievements in translation practice and writing. It is hoped that this practical report will be helpful to other translators in translating medical texts.
