【摘要】：氣候問題一直是世界各國密切關(guān)注的重大環(huán)境問題,涉及人類生活的方方面面,與經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展聯(lián)系緊密,通過多種形成對人類活動產(chǎn)生影響。同時,人類活動對生態(tài)環(huán)境也產(chǎn)生重大影響。多年來的實踐表明,人類活動對氣候變化的影響高達(dá)90%,溫室效應(yīng)增強(qiáng)導(dǎo)致全球變暖,已經(jīng)成為最重要的全球環(huán)境問題之一,而絕大部分的溫室氣體是由人類活動造成的。中國受氣候影響較大,發(fā)展形勢較為嚴(yán)峻,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排,走低碳發(fā)展之路已成為迫切需要。本文是一篇英譯漢翻譯報告,全文由四個部分組成:第一部分為翻譯項目介紹,包括翻譯項目的背景、意義及選取的翻譯理論指導(dǎo);第二部分為翻譯原文介紹,包括介紹原文作者、內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)和分析原文語言風(fēng)格;第三部分為翻譯難點(diǎn)和案例分析,列舉了翻譯中的難點(diǎn)以及使用的翻譯策略和方法,闡述在尤金·奈達(dá)功能對等理論指導(dǎo)下,通過使用直譯、轉(zhuǎn)換、切分和增譯法,以期得到自然貼切的譯文;第四部分是對本次翻譯實踐的思考總結(jié)并列出此次翻譯中有待解決的問題。所選翻譯材料為《氣候變化危機(jī)解決方案》(Resolving the Climate Change Crisis)第七章內(nèi)容。主要討論世界范圍內(nèi),通過市場機(jī)制控制溫室氣體排放的兩種途徑,即碳排放交易體系和碳稅,并對二者進(jìn)行分析闡述碳排放交易體系的優(yōu)越性。國內(nèi)從上世紀(jì)九十年代開始關(guān)注并重視氣候問題,出臺相關(guān)規(guī)定減少溫室氣體排放;由于開始應(yīng)對較晚,這方面的經(jīng)驗還不充足,需要借鑒國外已有的模式和經(jīng)驗。而國外碳減排體系相對成熟,本文旨在通過介紹國外學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn)和主張,為讀者選擇性地吸收和借鑒國外先進(jìn)理念和機(jī)制提供參考和指導(dǎo),從而提高自身能力,應(yīng)對氣候環(huán)境危機(jī),實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。譯者通過研究文本,查閱相關(guān)資料,積極探索合適的翻譯策略和方法,并對翻譯過程中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。主要以尤金·奈達(dá)的功能對等理論為指導(dǎo),其核心目的就是找出各種有效表達(dá)手段以最切近、最自然的方式再現(xiàn)源語言信息,以期真實準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)出原作者的觀點(diǎn),傳遞給讀者清晰明確的信息。此次翻譯實踐加深和鞏固了譯者對功能對等理論的理解和運(yùn)用,增長了一定的金融知識和搜索能力,為以后翻譯工作打下一定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Climate has been a major environmental issue that has been closely followed by countries around the world. It covers all aspects of human life, is closely linked to economic and social development and has an impact on human activities through a variety of forms. At the same time, Human activities also have a significant impact on the ecological environment. Practice over the years has shown that the impact of human activities on climate change is as high as 90 percent, and Greenhouse Effect has become one of the most important global environmental problems as a result of increased global warming. The vast majority of greenhouse gases are caused by human activities. China is greatly affected by the climate, and the development situation is more severe. It is urgent to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. The road to low-carbon development has become an urgent need. This is a translation report by English-to-Chinese. The thesis consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction of the translation project, including the background, meaning and the selected translation theory guidance of the translation project; the second part is the introduction of the original text, including the introduction of the author of the original text. The third part is the translation difficulties and case studies, which enumerate the translation difficulties and the translation strategies and methods used in translation, and explain how to use literal translation under the guidance of Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory. Conversion, segmentation and additional translation, in order to obtain a natural and appropriate translation; The 4th part is a summary of the translation practice and lists the problems to be solved in this translation. The selected translation material is "resolving the Climate Change crisis" (7th). There are two ways to control greenhouse gas emissions through market mechanism, namely, carbon emissions trading system and carbon tax, and the advantages of carbon emissions trading system are analyzed. Introduce relevant regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; due to the late response, there is not enough experience in this area, and we need to learn from the existing models and experiences of foreign countries, which have relatively mature carbon abatement systems. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and guidance for readers to selectively absorb and learn from foreign advanced ideas and mechanisms by introducing the viewpoints and opinions of foreign scholars, so as to improve their ability to cope with the climate and environmental crisis. To achieve sustainable development, translators actively explore appropriate translation strategies and methods by studying texts, consulting relevant materials, and summing up key and difficult points in the translation process, guided mainly by Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory. Its core goal is to find out all kinds of effective means of expression in the closest and most natural way to reproduce the source language information, in order to truly and accurately convey the views of the original author. This translation practice has deepened and consolidated the translator's understanding and application of functional equivalence theory, increased his financial knowledge and search ability, and laid a foundation for translation work in the future.
