【摘要】：隨著茶文化熱潮的興起,茶藝行業(yè)不僅要求從業(yè)人員能夠具備較高的專業(yè)水平,而且要求從業(yè)人員能夠掌握豐富的英語知識。但是,我國茶藝專業(yè)與課程本身起步較晚,茶藝英語課程設置在發(fā)展過程中自然也不可避免地產(chǎn)生了一些問題。本文以優(yōu)化茶藝英語課程設置、提升茶藝英語人才培養(yǎng)質量為出發(fā)點,在對茶藝英語課程設置中存在的問題做出論述的基礎上,對茶藝英語教學中的課程設置思路進行了研究與探討。
[Abstract]:With the rise of tea culture upsurge, the tea industry not only requires the practitioners to have a higher professional level, but also requires the practitioners to master rich knowledge of English. However, the tea specialty and the curriculum itself started relatively late in our country. Some problems inevitably arise in the course of the development of tea art English curriculum. This paper aims at optimizing the tea art English curriculum and improving the quality of tea art English talents training. On the basis of discussing the problems existing in the course of tea art English, this paper studies and probes into the thought of the course setting in the teaching of tea art English.
