【摘要】：詞塊是指文本中經(jīng)常一起出現(xiàn)的詞匯序列組合。此種詞匯組合在語言交際中發(fā)揮著重要作用。不同語域中的詞塊有不同的特點(diǎn)。正確理解并使用詞塊可以促進(jìn)語言表達(dá)的流利性。因此,詞塊是外語學(xué)習(xí)特別是專門用途英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要內(nèi)容。本文旨在探究航海專業(yè)教材中詞塊的使用情況。為達(dá)研究目的,本研究自建航海專業(yè)教材語料庫,并借助語料庫軟件,對航海專業(yè)教材中的詞塊進(jìn)行了提取和分析。本文探究了航海專業(yè)教材中詞塊的總體分布情況,并且分析了它們的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明:航海教材中大量使用詞塊,并且隨著詞塊的長度增加,其相應(yīng)的數(shù)量隨之變少;在結(jié)構(gòu)方面,航海英語教材中的四詞詞塊涵蓋了 11種結(jié)構(gòu)模式;在功能方面,航海專業(yè)教材中大部分詞塊是表達(dá)指示意義的,立場表達(dá)類和組織話語類詞塊使用相對較少。在這些共性特點(diǎn)之外,通過與普通英語對比,本文也發(fā)現(xiàn)了航海專業(yè)教材中詞塊的獨(dú)有特點(diǎn):航海教材中大部分詞塊與航海領(lǐng)域相關(guān);在結(jié)構(gòu)方面,航海教材中的詞塊的結(jié)構(gòu)種類比普通英語的多;在功能方面,航海教材使用更多的立場表達(dá)類詞塊。本研究結(jié)果可以幫助航海專業(yè)學(xué)生更好地了解航海專業(yè)教材,進(jìn)而幫助他們更好地使用航海專業(yè)英語教材,提高航海英語水平。另外,本研究對于航海專業(yè)英文教材的編寫及教學(xué)有一定的啟示作用,有助于促進(jìn)航海英語教學(xué)的不斷改革和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Lexical chunks are lexical sequence combinations that often appear together in a text. These lexical combinations play an important role in language communication. Lexical chunks in different registers have different characteristics. Understanding and using lexical chunks correctly can promote language. Fluency in speech. Therefore, Lexical chunks are important contents in foreign language learning, especially in ESP. This paper aims to explore the use of lexical chunks in marine textbooks. This paper probes into the general distribution of lexical chunks in nautical textbooks, and analyzes their structure and functional characteristics. The results show that lexical chunks are widely used in nautical textbooks. As the length of lexical chunks increases, the corresponding number decreases. In terms of structure, the four-word chunks in nautical English textbooks cover 11 kinds of structural patterns. Most of the lexical chunks in nautical textbooks are indicative, and the lexical chunks of position expression and organizational discourse are less used. This paper also finds the unique features of lexical chunks in nautical textbooks: most of them are related to the field of navigation; in terms of structure, the types of lexical chunks in nautical textbooks are more than those in common English; in terms of functions, the lexical chunks in nautical textbooks are related to the field of navigation. The results of this study can help maritime students to better understand maritime teaching materials, and then help them to better use nautical English textbooks and improve the level of nautical English. This study has some enlightenments for the compilation and teaching of marine English teaching materials, and helps to promote the reform and development of nautical English teaching.
