【摘要】：本報告嘗試運用奈達的功能對等理論對Agreement for the Productionand Commissioning of Original Music的翻譯過程進行思考以及總結(jié)。此協(xié)議的原文為商務(wù)合同類型的文本,具有商務(wù)文本的特征,并具有法律文本和科技文本的特點。原文內(nèi)容表述具有很強的專業(yè)性、邏輯性、客觀性。用詞嚴謹、正式、句式復(fù)雜。本報告主要闡述奈達功能對等理論對商務(wù)合同類文本漢譯的指導(dǎo)作用。奈達的功能對等理論提出詞匯對等、句法對等、語篇對等和文體對等是動態(tài)對等的四個方面。本文首先對此類文本的文本類型進行了分析,其次闡述如何在詞匯層面、句法層面、語篇層面運用不同的翻譯策略和翻譯方法完成功能對等。使譯文在符合目的語使用習慣的基礎(chǔ)上,能夠準確的表達出原文的信息,使得譯文讀者對譯文的理解與原文讀者對原文的理解有相同的反應(yīng)。此報告還從遣詞、造句方面探討了合同類文本在英漢語言轉(zhuǎn)換過程中的差異。筆者試圖運用直譯、意譯、增譯、省譯等翻譯策略來傳達原文信息,并以中國人熟悉的合同語言表述,使譯文對于使用者來講,具有可接受性。本翻譯報告由五部分組成:第一部分對翻譯項目進行了簡單的介紹。第二部分闡述了翻譯的準備工作。第三部分介紹了功能對等理論的主要內(nèi)容,并且探討了功能對等理論對翻譯合同類型文本翻譯的指導(dǎo)意義。第四部分從詞匯、句式、篇章等方面舉例說明。第五部分總結(jié)此次翻譯實踐筆者所獲得的經(jīng)驗以及不足之處。
[Abstract]:This report attempts to summarize the translation process of Agreement for the Productionand Commissioning of Original Music using Nida's functional equivalence theory. It has the characteristics of legal text and scientific and technological text. The content of the original text is highly professional, logical, objective, rigorous and formal. Nida's functional equivalence theory is used to guide Chinese translation of business contract texts. Nida's functional equivalence theory puts forward lexical equivalence, syntactic equivalence, and syntactic equivalence. Textual equivalence and stylistic equivalence are four aspects of dynamic equivalence. Different translation strategies and translation methods are used to achieve functional equivalence at the discourse level, so that the target text can accurately express the information of the original text on the basis of the target language usage habits. This report also discusses the differences between contract texts in the process of English-Chinese language conversion from the perspective of words and sentences. The author tries to use literal translation and free translation. Translation strategies, such as increasing translation and saving translation, are used to convey the original message, and are expressed in contract language familiar to the Chinese, so that the translation is for the users. This translation report consists of five parts: the first part gives a brief introduction to translation projects, the second part describes the preparatory work of translation, and the third part introduces the main contents of functional equivalence theory. It also discusses the guiding significance of functional equivalence theory in the translation of contract types of text. Part 4th illustrates some examples in terms of vocabulary, sentence structure and text. Part 5th summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the author in this translation practice.
