【摘要】：口譯學(xué)習(xí)中最重要的是實(shí)踐,只有在不斷地實(shí)踐中才能不斷提升譯者自身的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和技能,在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)一步提升對(duì)翻譯理論的理解和感悟。本報(bào)告來源于筆者參與一食品加工廠甜菊糖苷生產(chǎn)的申報(bào)項(xiàng)目,負(fù)責(zé)該項(xiàng)目的陪同口譯任務(wù),因其中涉及相關(guān)保密性信息,故此不詳述該廠的具體信息并隱去保密信息,僅從HACCP項(xiàng)目口譯的角度進(jìn)行分析和探討,撰寫本篇實(shí)踐報(bào)告。首先,本報(bào)告將分別介紹甜菊糖苷和HACCP體系,并簡要概括此次口譯項(xiàng)目的背景、任務(wù)和意義;其次,對(duì)此次項(xiàng)目的準(zhǔn)備工作進(jìn)行簡單介紹,其中包括HACCP體系和甜菊糖苷生產(chǎn)流程的了解和熟悉,提前與工廠項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行了解和溝通;然后,對(duì)口譯過程中的實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,探討其中使用的翻譯策略,如增譯、減譯、重組、轉(zhuǎn)換等;最后,對(duì)此次口譯任務(wù)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),分析此次口譯中存在的問題和不足,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),并希望本篇報(bào)告能幫助口譯實(shí)踐者進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)甜菊糖苷HACCP項(xiàng)目口譯工作的認(rèn)識(shí),提高自身素質(zhì)和水平。
[Abstract]:The most important thing in interpreting learning is practice. Only through continuous practice can the translator's professional quality and skills be continuously improved. This report comes from the author's participation in the declaration project of stevioside production in a food processing factory, which is responsible for the accompanying interpretation of the project, which involves confidential information. Therefore, we do not detail the specific information of the factory and conceal the confidential information. We only analyze and discuss it from the perspective of HACCP project interpretation, and write this practical report. First, this report will introduce stevioside and HACCP system, respectively. The background, task and significance of the interpretation project are briefly summarized. Secondly, the preparation of the project is briefly introduced, including the understanding and familiarity with the HACCP system and stevioside production process. Understand and communicate with the project manager in advance; then, analyze the examples in the process of interpretation, and discuss the translation strategies, such as adding, subtracting, reorganizing, converting, etc. This paper analyzes and summarizes the interpretation task, analyzes the problems and shortcomings in this interpretation, sums up the experience and lessons, and hopes that this report will help the interpreting practitioners to deepen their understanding of the interpretation work of stevioside HACCP project. Improve one's own quality and level.
