【摘要】：在認(rèn)知隱喻視角下,明喻是廣義上的"隱喻"。莫言的《豐乳肥臀》第一卷中有112個(gè)明喻,體現(xiàn)小說(shuō)瑰麗而魔幻的風(fēng)格。在葛浩文的英譯中,約80%的明喻翻譯保留了本體和喻體,一方面是因?yàn)橹形鞣轿幕恼J(rèn)知經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知模型有一定的相似性,另一方面是為了向目的語(yǔ)讀者忠實(shí)傳遞原著的文化信息和寫作風(fēng)格。對(duì)于兩種文化中不兼容的明喻目的域,譯者采取了替換和省略等翻譯方法,以符合目的語(yǔ)讀者的隱喻認(rèn)知范疇,強(qiáng)化原文的風(fēng)格。符合目標(biāo)讀者認(rèn)知的英譯才能引領(lǐng)中國(guó)文學(xué)走向世界。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cognitive metaphor, similes are "metaphors" in a broad sense. There are 112 metaphors in the first volume of Mo Yan's Rich Breast, which embodies the magnificent and magical style of the novel. About 80% of metonymy translation retains ontology and metaphor, on the one hand, because of the similarity of cognitive experience and cognitive models between Chinese and western cultures. On the other hand, in order to convey the original cultural information and writing style faithfully to the target language readers, the translator adopts the translation methods such as substitution and ellipsis for the incompatible metonymy target domain in the two cultures. With the metaphorical cognitive category of the target language readers, the style of the original text should be strengthened, and the English translation in accordance with the target readers' cognition can lead Chinese literature to the world.
