【摘要】：我國作為世界上的人口大國,交通運(yùn)輸問題一直以來都在民生建設(shè)問題中占據(jù)重要位置。隨著我國人口車輛占有率的不斷攀升,交通事故的發(fā)生率也在不斷攀升。為更好的解決城市與鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)的交通問題,我們不僅要重視道路規(guī)劃和交通事故的處理,也要重視交通法規(guī)的制定,防患于未然。因此,為推動依法治國建設(shè),推動交通法律法規(guī)的建設(shè)與完善,應(yīng)對其他國家交通法律法規(guī)的制定有所了解,以便更好地取長補(bǔ)短。同時對國外交通法律法規(guī)的翻譯學(xué)習(xí)也可以更好的方便國人在外的生活,更好的保護(hù)國人。在此篇翻譯報告中,筆者主要分析報告了關(guān)于對《密蘇里州稅務(wù)部駕駛員手冊》的翻譯學(xué)習(xí)過程。文中,筆者詳細(xì)介紹了關(guān)于此次翻譯工作的過程包括項(xiàng)目介紹,譯前準(zhǔn)備,翻譯工具的使用,和翻譯后的審定與修改,同時筆者也介紹了關(guān)于此次翻譯的指導(dǎo)理論與原則,翻譯方法的選擇,翻譯重難點(diǎn)及案例分析,以及此次翻譯工作的總結(jié)。在此次的翻譯工作中,筆者主要對手冊的第一章,第七章,第八章,第九章和第十章進(jìn)行了漢譯。在過程中,筆者主要秉持功能對等的目標(biāo)對文本進(jìn)行翻譯,并借鑒法律文本翻譯的原則探索該文本的翻譯方法。由于文本為交通法規(guī)類文本,筆者在翻譯過程中就法律語言的特點(diǎn),中英文表達(dá)方式的異同,采用了直譯法,轉(zhuǎn)化法,倒置法結(jié)合的翻譯方法以求在功能上達(dá)到與源文本的對等。此次翻譯項(xiàng)目的完成,對我國借鑒其他國家交通法律法規(guī),完善立法,方便國人在國外的學(xué)習(xí)生活有著重要意義。同時,作為一次對交通法律法規(guī)文本的翻譯實(shí)踐活動,可以幫助探索此類文本的翻譯原則與方法,也可作為其他譯員或今后翻譯工作的借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a large country of population in the world, the transportation problem has always occupied an important position in the construction of people's livelihood. In order to better solve the traffic problems in urban and rural areas, we should pay attention not only to road planning and traffic accident handling, but also to the formulation of traffic regulations. Therefore, in order to promote the construction of governing the country according to law, to promote the construction and improvement of traffic laws and regulations, we should understand the formulation of traffic laws and regulations in other countries. In order to better learn from each other. At the same time, the translation of foreign traffic laws and regulations can also be better for the convenience of people living outside, better protection of the people. In this translation report. The author mainly analyzes and reports the translation learning process of the driver's Manual of the Missouri Department of Taxation. In this paper, the author introduces in detail the process of the translation work, including the introduction of the project and the preparation of the translation. At the same time, the author also introduces the guiding theory and principles of this translation, the choice of translation methods, translation difficulties and case studies. The first chapter, 7th chapter, 8th chapter, 9th chapter and 10th chapter of the manual are translated into Chinese. The author mainly adopts the goal of functional equivalence to translate the text, and uses the principle of legal text translation to explore the translation method of the text, because the text is a traffic law text. In the process of translation, the author adopts the literal translation method and the transformation method in terms of the characteristics of the legal language and the similarities and differences of the Chinese and English expressions. In order to achieve the functional equivalence with the source text, this translation project will provide a reference to other countries' traffic laws and regulations, and perfect the legislation. It is of great significance to facilitate the study and life of Chinese people in foreign countries. At the same time, as a practical activity for the translation of traffic laws and regulations, it can help to explore the translation principles and methods of such texts. It can also be used as a reference for other interpreters or future translation work.
