【摘要】：本翻譯項目的原文“未來的糧食之路——氣候智能型全球糧食系統(tǒng)”系世界銀行于2015年10月發(fā)布的一篇研究報告。原文介紹了氣候智能型農(nóng)業(yè)的實行條件、效果、步驟,并建議通過激勵機制、知識支撐、科技支持和財政支持來適應氣候的變化從而實現(xiàn)三贏,即生產(chǎn)力提高、適應氣候變化能力增強和排放減少,最終擴大氣候智能型農(nóng)業(yè)的應用、吸引相關(guān)投資。原文邏輯嚴密、語言準確、信息豐富,符合信息類文本的特征。根據(jù)賴斯的文本類型理論,譯者首先通過該理論識別原文的文本類別以及語言功能,將該文歸于信息類文本;其次,選擇在賴斯的文本類型理論基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展的切斯特曼的翻譯規(guī)范——期待規(guī)范和專業(yè)規(guī)范貫穿整個翻譯過程,同時在此基礎(chǔ)上還采用了詞類轉(zhuǎn)換、增補和句子重組的翻譯技巧。該報告主要內(nèi)容分為四部分:第一章為翻譯報告簡介,包括報告背景、目標、意義和報告結(jié)構(gòu);第二章為背景研究,包含翻譯理論基礎(chǔ)和對原文的簡介;第三章為翻譯難點和翻譯方法,是整個報告中最重要的章節(jié),包含翻譯難點、翻譯準備、翻譯方法和用來解釋翻譯過程中運用各種翻譯技巧的例子;第四章總結(jié)整篇報告,包含翻譯收獲和待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:"the Future Food Road-Climate Smart Global Food system" A study published by the World Bank on October 2015. The paper introduces the conditions for the implementation of climate-smart agriculture. Results, steps, and recommendations to adapt to climate change through incentive mechanisms, knowledge support, scientific and technological support and financial support to achieve a triple win, namely increased productivity, climate change adaptation capacity and reduced emissions. Finally, expand the application of climate intelligent agriculture to attract related investment. The original text is logical, accurate, informative, consistent with the characteristics of information text. According to Rice's text type theory. The translator first identifies the text category and the language function of the original text through this theory, and classifies the text as an informational text. Secondly, Chesterman's translation norms, expected norms and professional norms, which are developed on the basis of Rice's text typology theory, are used throughout the translation process, and on this basis part of speech conversion is adopted. The main contents of the report are as follows: the first chapter is a brief introduction to the translation report, including the background, objectives, meaning and structure of the report; Chapter two is a background study, which includes the theoretical basis of translation and a brief introduction to the original text. The third chapter is the most important chapter in the whole report, including translation difficulties, translation preparation, translation methods and examples used to explain the use of various translation techniques in the process of translation. Chapter 4th summarizes the entire report, including translation gains and issues to be solved.
