【摘要】：本翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告選取美國(guó)著名學(xué)者杰弗里·塞林格(Jeffery J.Selingo)的《開(kāi)放式大學(xué):高等教育的未來(lái)及其對(duì)學(xué)生的意義》(College(Un)bound:The Future of Higher Education and What It Means for Students)中的第五章“個(gè)性化教育”(Personalized Education)為翻譯項(xiàng)目原文。原文以美國(guó)的多所大學(xué)為例,討論了新的時(shí)代背景下教育模式所發(fā)生的變化。具體來(lái)說(shuō),數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的出現(xiàn),使得個(gè)性化教育的呈現(xiàn)方式越來(lái)越多樣化。目前,數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)的高等教育體系中還沒(méi)有得到普遍應(yīng)用,因此該文本具有一定的借鑒意義。理論上,根據(jù)彼得·紐馬克對(duì)語(yǔ)言功能文本類(lèi)型的分類(lèi),翻譯報(bào)告所選文本屬于信息型文本范疇。本翻譯報(bào)告擬運(yùn)用紐馬克提出的交際翻譯理論為指導(dǎo),并以此為據(jù)分析了翻譯實(shí)踐中所遇到的難點(diǎn)。因此,專(zhuān)有名詞的翻譯上,采取了音譯、意譯、音譯與意譯相結(jié)合以及直譯加類(lèi)別詞等方法。在定語(yǔ)從句的翻譯上,譯者采用了分譯、合譯和融合法等翻譯技巧。最后,報(bào)告總結(jié)了翻譯實(shí)踐中受到的啟發(fā)和仍待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:"Open University: the Future of higher Education and its implications for students," by Jeffery J. Selingoo, a leading American scholar. College Unite). (bound:The Future of Higher Education and What it Means for students). The 5th chapter "Personalized Education" in this paper is the original text of the translation project. The original text takes several universities in the United States as an example. This paper discusses the changes of educational model under the new background of the times. Specifically, the emergence of data analysis technology and network courses makes the presentation of individualized education more and more diversified. Data analysis technology has not been widely used in the domestic higher education system, so the text has some reference value. Theoretically, according to Peter Newmark's classification of functional text types of language. The selected text of the translation report belongs to the category of informational text. This translation report is guided by Newmark's communicative translation theory and analyzes the difficulties encountered in translation practice. In the translation of proper nouns, transliteration, free translation, combination of transliteration and free translation, and literal translation with category words are adopted. In the translation of attributive clauses, the translator adopts split translation. Finally, the report summarizes the enlightenment and the problems that remain to be solved in translation practice.
