Trados環(huán)境下化工設備說明手冊漢譯報告

化工英語是科技英語的重要分支之一。術語多、詞匯專業(yè)性強和背景知識復雜等特點使得化工類文本的翻譯成為了一個難點。但隨著全球化進程的加快和翻譯行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,以Trados為代表的計算機輔助翻譯軟件正在幫助緩解翻譯工作的繁瑣程度,起到積極的促進作用。為了豐富化工英語的翻譯研究,在借助翻譯工具的條件下,筆者分析了翻譯過程中遇到的諸多問題,提出相應的解決方案。本翻譯實踐報告以《CM催化劑再生控制系統(tǒng)設備說明&數(shù)據(jù)手冊》（CM Catalyst Regeneration Control System Equipment Instruction&Date Book）為研究對象,從中選取 1 5000詞左右的篇幅為此實踐報告的翻譯材料和研究材料。在語言層面,通過分析化工英語和源文本語言特點,表明選取Trados作為翻譯工具的可行性。其次,詳細介紹Trados的特點和主要工作流程。在技術層面,通過對機器翻譯和計算機輔助翻譯的對比來突出后者的優(yōu)勢。在實踐層面,通過具體案例,本報告從“詞匯”“句法”“語篇”三個方面分析在Trados環(huán)境下所發(fā)現(xiàn)的翻譯和改譯要點,從而對Trados輔助翻譯化...
