漢語日常言語交際中雙重提問的會話分析研究

信息尋求在日常會話和機構(gòu)性互動中都普遍存在。在不同的情境中,交際者采用各種適當和有效的會話常規(guī)向交際對方尋求信息。發(fā)起修正,即本文所關(guān)注的在第一個提問之后發(fā)起另一個提問,是經(jīng)常使用的會話常規(guī)之一。通過發(fā)起修正,講話人可以糾正自己話輪中的一個事實性錯誤,即與事實相反的表述。然而,在我們的語料中,多數(shù)情況下,信息尋求者發(fā)起修正只是為了“微調(diào)”那些看上去毫無問題的問題。本研究以74個漢語日常電話談話的錄音為語料,從會話分析角度分析了同一話輪中兩個執(zhí)行信息尋求行為的問題,且第二個問題是對第一個問題進行修正的現(xiàn)象。此外,對提問的回應話輪設(shè)計也進行了詳細探討。本文通過討論自我修正在信息尋求行為及其回應話輪的設(shè)計中產(chǎn)生的交際意義,旨在揭示日常言談應對所反映的社會組織的一個方面。在深入觀察及分析語料后,本文共發(fā)現(xiàn)五種在同一話輪中用第二個提問發(fā)起自我修正的情況,這些不同的情況反映了提問者在話輪設(shè)計時的受話人設(shè)計傾向。由于第二個問題的出現(xiàn),提問者可以在考慮特定受話人的基礎(chǔ)上,以更適當?shù)姆绞竭M行信息尋求,同時也更高效地完成信息尋求行為,并有效地保證交際者之間的相互理解,實現(xiàn)和維護友好關(guān)系以及社會和諧。我們可...
