【摘要】：在世界海外華文文學中,泰華文學不僅歷史悠久,而且歷經(jīng)磨難起伏,不僅受中國古代文學和現(xiàn)當代文學影響,有眾多反映中國社會和文化的思想內(nèi)容,也有大量描寫泰國社會和風情的作品,更展現(xiàn)了泰國華人社會廣闊的現(xiàn)實圖景。因此,泰華文學是海外華文文學中非常具有歷史特色和地域特色的文學,具有極其重要的地位和研究價值。在二十世紀初期,泰華文學隨著華文教育和華文報業(yè)的興盛而興起發(fā)展,通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),泰華文學在近一個世紀的發(fā)展中,現(xiàn)實主義是其創(chuàng)作主流,這是具有多方面的原因的。首先, “文以載道”的中華文學傳統(tǒng)深深烙印在知識分子內(nèi)心,這就注定他們會關注現(xiàn)實,關懷弱小,伸張正義。其次,移民泰國的華人大都歷經(jīng)艱辛,他們身處海外,既要求生存討生活,起早貪黑白手起家,又要面對二十世紀復雜多變的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境,殘酷的戰(zhàn)爭和意識形態(tài)爭議等對他們的排擠打壓,對祖國和泰國的現(xiàn)實的關注成為華人知識分子首要選擇。再有就是,泰華文學深受五四新文學運動影響,魯迅、巴金等現(xiàn)代作家的作品中的現(xiàn)實主義精神指引了泰華文學的發(fā)展方向。在近一個世紀的發(fā)展中,泰華現(xiàn)實主義文學為世界留下了大量具有揭露現(xiàn)實、批判現(xiàn)實的文學作品,其內(nèi)涵異常豐富,幾乎涉及社會各個角落各個方面。有對各類戰(zhàn)爭給人民造成傷害的控訴,也有對底層小人物的關懷,還批判了金錢至上娛樂至死的大眾文化,此外也見證了華僑華人商海沉浮,表達華人政治訴求也是重要內(nèi)容,也思考了人與自然的關系等等。泰華現(xiàn)實主義文學并不簡單的反映和批判現(xiàn)實,在其文本中更有深刻的文化內(nèi)涵,首先最顯著的就是其中體現(xiàn)出的華人身份認同問題,由于泰國華人曾飽受壓迫和不公,以及對中華文化的自豪感等,這種身份認同是有民族主義特質的。其次,由于身處佛教氛圍濃厚的泰國,以及受到原鄉(xiāng)宗教的影響,泰華文學也具有明顯的宗教氣質。再有就是隨著華僑華人融入泰國社會程度不斷加深,不同華人代際問題出現(xiàn),泰華文學中不僅反映了華人的中國意識,也有對未來中華文明在泰國消亡的憂慮。以上這些都構成了泰華現(xiàn)實主義文學深刻的文化內(nèi)涵。盡管二十世紀泰華文學幾次起伏,經(jīng)受社會風雨的洗禮,歷久彌堅,且文學作品不管從體裁樣式還是數(shù)量質量上來看,都是令人嘆為觀止的。但其在泰國文學史上卻不被重視,另一方面是缺乏有效的翻譯介紹,另一方面是本身的藝術價值,在泰華文學被大陸學者重視和研究的現(xiàn)如今,這種“墻內(nèi)開化墻外香”的處境更加明顯。文章中我們以泰華文學中的中長篇小說為例,不帶個人情感,從文本出發(fā),客觀地分析泰華文學的成就與局限。在世界經(jīng)濟一體化逐漸加深,中泰交流越來越頻繁的現(xiàn)如今,泰華文學可以說是中泰交流的文化力量,是了解泰國歷史、社會、華人的重要窗口,因此就有必要討論泰華文學經(jīng)典化的問題,分析泰華文學歷史上的文學作品,評判經(jīng)典,分析優(yōu)劣,為未來的泰華文學創(chuàng)作提供可參照或避免的典型和榜樣。
