基于復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的語(yǔ)言詞頻網(wǎng)絡(luò)與腦情景記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究

【摘要】:管理科學(xué)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)研究人的行為規(guī)律,人的行為又取決于大腦的運(yùn)行過(guò)程。語(yǔ)言和記憶是人類(lèi)對(duì)信息進(jìn)行編碼、儲(chǔ)存和提取并再編碼的外部表達(dá)和內(nèi)部積累的兩種認(rèn)知功能。它們之間相互依存、協(xié)同運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。隨著認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué),腦成像技術(shù),以及復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論的發(fā)展和成熟,人們?nèi)找嬷匾暱偨Y(jié)腦、認(rèn)知與管理之間的關(guān)系。本文基于復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論,以?xún)蓷l主線展開(kāi):構(gòu)建并研究了語(yǔ)言文本中詞匯不斷生成的動(dòng)態(tài)詞頻生長(zhǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò);通過(guò)先進(jìn)的核磁共振成像技術(shù),從人腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)本質(zhì)層面構(gòu)建并分析了腦情景記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文對(duì)復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本定律的理論研究,不僅可以應(yīng)用在語(yǔ)言文本增長(zhǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,也可以應(yīng)用于更大范圍的人類(lèi)活動(dòng)量化模型中,可以從管理層面深層次理解大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代人類(lèi)行為規(guī)律的統(tǒng)計(jì)特性,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)測(cè),具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和學(xué)術(shù)意義。隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)老齡化越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,阿爾茨海默病作為威脅人類(lèi)健康的四大疾病之一,具有不可治愈及發(fā)病隱匿性,發(fā)病人群逐漸年輕化。由于該病導(dǎo)致記憶和思維喪失,人格行為改變,無(wú)法進(jìn)行正常決策,給社會(huì)和家庭造成了很大的精神、經(jīng)濟(jì)和時(shí)間負(fù)擔(dān)。本文以該病為例,對(duì)該病早期階段靜息態(tài)情景記憶腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)改變的研究具有理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)意義。本文主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)文章基于復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論對(duì)語(yǔ)言文本動(dòng)態(tài)生成過(guò)程構(gòu)建詞頻分布網(wǎng)絡(luò),對(duì)幾種重要的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分布模型從理論層面進(jìn)行了解釋,厘清了它們的特性和相互之間關(guān)系。在西蒙模型擇優(yōu)選擇機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上討論了語(yǔ)言學(xué)重要定律Heaps定律和復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心分布律冪律分布問(wèn)的等價(jià)性關(guān)系。研究了一類(lèi)冪律分布——-Waring分布與節(jié)點(diǎn)平均度隨網(wǎng)絡(luò)最大度增加呈次線性增長(zhǎng)方式的充要條件。研究了冪律分布與致密性?xún)缏?網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈超線性增長(zhǎng))間的關(guān)系。給出了無(wú)標(biāo)度函數(shù)的嚴(yán)格定義,證明了它的一個(gè)特性,對(duì)無(wú)標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了討論。最后以長(zhǎng)篇小說(shuō)文本對(duì)上述理論模型進(jìn)行了擬合與驗(yàn)證。(2)本文利用功能核磁共振成像技術(shù),通過(guò)一種新的思路來(lái)構(gòu)建靜息態(tài)人腦情景記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)。驗(yàn)證了這種方法的合理性。通過(guò)研究該網(wǎng)絡(luò)在阿爾茨海默病早期和后期階段功能連接的變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常增加的功能連接可以預(yù)測(cè)記憶功能的衰退。通過(guò)小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,對(duì)比了該病不同階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)小世界特性的變化,對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常增加功能連接進(jìn)行了輔助性解釋。并測(cè)試了該小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)在隨機(jī)故障和針對(duì)性攻擊下網(wǎng)絡(luò)的恢復(fù)能力。論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:(1)從理論上用嚴(yán)格的數(shù)學(xué)過(guò)程證明了復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)幾種重要定律間的相互關(guān)系,該結(jié)果可以擴(kuò)展到更多地復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。(2)對(duì)使用上經(jīng)常有分歧的“無(wú)標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)”、“無(wú)標(biāo)度函數(shù)”或“無(wú)標(biāo)度分布”等概念從數(shù)學(xué)上進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格地定義與解釋。(3)用真實(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方法對(duì)人格行為和認(rèn)知功能改變從腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)層面展開(kāi)研究。用一種新的思路對(duì)靜息態(tài)人腦情景記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,克服了記憶功能在腦部不是一個(gè)獨(dú)立功能,難以確定腦區(qū)的難點(diǎn)。用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法研究了記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的改變。(4)發(fā)現(xiàn)了靜息態(tài)功能核磁共振成像在阿爾茨海默病早期情景記憶網(wǎng)絡(luò)中功能連接的異常增加,這種增加預(yù)測(cè)了記憶功能的衰退,靜息態(tài)成像具有操作簡(jiǎn)便應(yīng)用范圍廣的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Behavior rules of the development of management science cannot do without the study of human, human behavior depends on the brain operation process. Language and memory is the information encoding human, two kinds of cognitive function and external expression of internal accumulation of storage and retrieval and encoding. They are interdependent, cooperative operation. With cognitive neuroscience that brain imaging techniques, and the development of complex system theory and mature, people pay more attention to summarize the relationship between brain, cognition and management. This paper based on the theory of complex systems in two aspects: to construct and study the dynamic frequency of vocabulary has been generating language text in the growth of network; by magnetic resonance imaging technology, construction from the human nature of neural activity and analysis of brain episodic memory network. In this paper, theoretical research on the basic law of complex network, not only can be used in the growth of net language text In a network, a quantitative model of human activities can also be applied to a wider range of statistics can understand big data era of human behavior from the aspect of management deeply, with economic analysis and prediction of network evolution, and social and academic significance. With the aging society China of more and more serious, as one of the four Alzheimer's disease the big threat to human health, which can not be cured and the incidence of occult onset, the crowd gradually younger. Because the disease leads to loss of memory and thinking, personality and behavior change, unable to carry out normal decision-making, caused a great spirit to the society and family, economic burden and time. This paper takes the disease as an example, with theory in the early stages of the resting state brain episodic memory network changes of the disease, economic and social significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the theory of complex system of dynamic language text Construction of frequency distribution network state generation process, several important complex network distribution model is explained from the aspect of theory, clarifies the relation between the characteristics of them and each other. Based on the Simon model selection mechanism on linguistics important law Heaps law and the complex network core distribution of power-law distribution of equivalence relation Q. By studying the changes of the network connection in Alzheimer's disease early and late stage function, found abnormal recession increased functional connectivity can predict memory function. Through the small world network analysis method, comparison of changes in different stages of the disease network the characteristics of small world, to find the abnormal increase of functional connectivity of auxiliary interpretation. And testing of this small world network with random and targeted attacks under the network fault recovery capability. Innovation of this paper lies in: (1) proved the relationship between several important law of complex system theoretically using mathematical process strictly the results can be extended to the application of more complex networks. (3) studied from the level of brain activity on personality behavior and cognitive function change with the actual experimental research method.
