【摘要】：馬克思主義大眾化視域下農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè),是指在馬克思主義大眾化的過程中,以農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。堅(jiān)持黨管人才原則,充分發(fā)揮基層黨組織和群團(tuán)組織凝心聚力的作用;積極探索農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的共建機(jī)制,不斷促進(jìn)其工作的科學(xué)化和規(guī)范化;積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系、農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代傳播體系和農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化體系為載體的構(gòu)建,優(yōu)化其手段與方法,牢牢掌握意識形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)和話語權(quán);通過培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,從前提、保證和目的三個(gè)方面增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民群眾在文化上的自覺、自信和自強(qiáng)。以此體現(xiàn)中國話語的影響力,加強(qiáng)理論資政育人的感召力,為構(gòu)建話語中國、文化中國的壯麗圖景和景象作出貢獻(xiàn)。此外,通過完善文化事業(yè)共建機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘、壯大和發(fā)揮各群團(tuán)政治力量,防止各種錯(cuò)誤思想和思潮對主流意識和思想的干擾、破壞和消解。用上述手段和方法提升我國的國際影響力、文化吸引力,使人民群眾在文化的潛移默化影響下堅(jiān)定理想信念,感受中國進(jìn)步。并在對道路自信、理論自信和制度自信的感悟中,享受自己應(yīng)有的國家尊嚴(yán)和榮耀;最終為深入推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局和實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢提供文化保障,凝聚新的共識,把我國建設(shè)成為社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國。全文由五章組成�？蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)及主要內(nèi)容如下:第一章梳理了國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀,并對相關(guān)的核心概念進(jìn)行了界定和分析。第二章對馬克思主義大眾化與農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了理論分析。在指導(dǎo)思想上從四個(gè)方面,即馬克思主義關(guān)于文化的理論、核心價(jià)值體系與和諧文化建設(shè)理論、群眾觀點(diǎn)及其路線的理論、精神文明建設(shè)的理論上深入闡述了兩者的關(guān)系;從社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)和文化建設(shè)的與時(shí)俱進(jìn)入手,闡明了文化事業(yè)建設(shè)在農(nóng)村主要的任務(wù)之一就是實(shí)現(xiàn)馬克思主義大眾化;從題中應(yīng)有之義、拓展大眾化的平臺、創(chuàng)造良好氛圍等方面說明要在農(nóng)村推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化必須重視和關(guān)注文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展及建設(shè),因?yàn)榍罢叩膶?shí)現(xiàn)要靠后者為載體;最后論述了馬克思主義大眾化視域下農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的基本原則。第三章闡述了馬克思主義大眾化視域下農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的歷史主題。文章認(rèn)為,中國共產(chǎn)黨將馬克思主義作為自己的指導(dǎo)思想,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國人民進(jìn)行革命、建設(shè)、改革和實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的過程內(nèi)在暗含著從意識形態(tài)駕馭經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)再到服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變。歷史主題決定了歷史任務(wù)。不同的歷史階段有不同的歷史任務(wù)。一方面,農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)是為各個(gè)階段的任務(wù)和主題服務(wù)的;另一方面,不同主題的轉(zhuǎn)換對于農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的要求也就不同。這就構(gòu)成了主題轉(zhuǎn)換視角下馬克思主義大眾化視域下農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的歷史演進(jìn)。這種歷史演進(jìn)貫穿了中國共產(chǎn)黨誕生以來經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和主流意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的明線和暗線的發(fā)展歷程。因此,依據(jù)歷史主題的不同,新民主主義革命時(shí)期到新世紀(jì)前大致可以劃分為三個(gè)階段,即革命斗爭階段(新民主主義革命時(shí)期);發(fā)展生產(chǎn)階段(新中國成立到改革開放前);改革開放階段(改革開放到新世紀(jì)前)。按照這種思路,文章總結(jié)了各個(gè)階段農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)和成就與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四章對新世紀(jì)以來農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)進(jìn)行了考察�？偨Y(jié)了該時(shí)期農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的成就與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。分析了農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)存在的問題及原因。指出了農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第五章以第二~四章的理論、歷史、現(xiàn)實(shí)梳理為基礎(chǔ),從時(shí)代主題、現(xiàn)實(shí)要求、主要任務(wù)、重要路徑及基本保障等五個(gè)方面提出了新時(shí)期新形勢下進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化視域下農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略思考。文章認(rèn)為,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢是我國在新的歷史條件下作出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策。各行各業(yè),社會(huì)各個(gè)層面的建設(shè)都應(yīng)該以此為依據(jù)�？梢钥闯�,在農(nóng)村推進(jìn)文化事業(yè)建設(shè)是其題中應(yīng)有之義,也是其新的時(shí)代主題。而在農(nóng)村推進(jìn)文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求則是通過頂層設(shè)計(jì)、層層實(shí)施,培育和踐行核心價(jià)值觀,努力提升農(nóng)民的精神品質(zhì)和思想境界。以前提、保證和目的為基礎(chǔ)增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民群眾的文化自覺、文化自信和文化自強(qiáng)是農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的主要任務(wù)。創(chuàng)新馬克思主義大眾化的傳播方式是農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的重要路徑。完善農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)的管理機(jī)制是農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的基本保障,以此牢牢掌握意識形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)和話語權(quán),提高國家文化軟實(shí)力。通過堅(jiān)持黨管宣傳的原則、積極推進(jìn)載體構(gòu)建、不斷優(yōu)化方式方法增強(qiáng)意識形態(tài)的凝聚力,體現(xiàn)中國話語的影響力,加強(qiáng)理論資政育人的感召力。通過發(fā)揮基層黨組織的堡壘、發(fā)揮群團(tuán)組織優(yōu)勢、探索文化事業(yè)共建機(jī)制等基本保障,防止各種錯(cuò)誤思想和思潮對主流意識和思想的干擾、破壞和消解�？傊�,要依靠上述的手段和方法提升我國的國際影響力、文化吸引力,最終把我國建設(shè)成為社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國。
[Abstract]:The rural culture construction from the perspective of Marx's popularity, is in the process of the popularization of the Marx doctrine, to rural culture construction as the starting point, to strengthen the leadership of the party. The party adhere to the principle of talent management, give full play to the grass-roots party organizations and mass organizations of the human resources; actively explore the construction of the mechanism construction of rural cultural undertakings. The thesis consists of five chapters frame. Frame structure and main contents are as follows: the first chapter reviews the academic research situation at home and abroad, and the relevant core concepts are defined and analyzed. The second chapter is about the relationship between Marx's popularization and the rural cultural construction were analyzed. The guiding ideology from four aspects, namely Marx's theory about culture in theory, the core value system and the construction of harmonious culture, the mass viewpoint and the route theory, spiritual civilization construction theory deeply expounds the relationship between the two; starting from the socialist nature and the cultural construction of the times, the cultural construction in one of the main task is to realize the rural popularization of the Marx doctrine; from righteousness and expand the popular platform to create a good atmosphere, so that to promote the Marx doctrine popular in rural areas must pay great attention to cultural industry. Development and construction, because the former depends on the latter as the carrier; finally discusses the basic principles of rural culture construction from the perspective of Marx's popularity. The third chapter expounds the rural culture construction from the perspective of Marx's popular theme in history.
