幾十年來,加勒比國家尋求并簽署了許多協(xié)定,以幫助促進(jìn)和改善其國家間的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。這種融合的目的是改善加勒比地區(qū)所有公民的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會福利。加勒比國家大多是容易遭受自然災(zāi)害和極易受到外部沖擊的小型經(jīng)濟(jì)體。其中一項(xiàng)協(xié)定是加共體協(xié)定,旨在聯(lián)合各方力量,為這些小經(jīng)濟(jì)體創(chuàng)造更好的談判能力。盡管該地區(qū)對貿(mào)易自由化和開放經(jīng)濟(jì)采取了有利的做法,但加勒比內(nèi)部的貿(mào)易卻相對受到限制。格林納達(dá)是加勒比海地區(qū)最小的島嶼之一,嚴(yán)重依賴從其他國家進(jìn)口。本文旨在利用引力模型研究加共體協(xié)定對格林納達(dá)貿(mào)易流動的影響。為了充分評估加共體協(xié)定對格林納達(dá)貿(mào)易流量的影響,該研究利用了從貿(mào)發(fā)會議統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)庫中獲得的十八年的二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。該文的目標(biāo)是分析加勒比共同體貿(mào)易協(xié)定簽訂后在2000-2018年期間雙邊貿(mào)易流量情況,同時證明該協(xié)定是否對格林納達(dá)的貿(mào)易存在促進(jìn)作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文擬研究加勒比共同體貿(mào)易協(xié)定的貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)和貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)。引力模型包括用一系列解釋變量來解釋貿(mào)易倒退,然后使用虛擬變量來確定貿(mào)易是否受到區(qū)域貿(mào)易協(xié)定的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,加勒比共同體協(xié)議對貿(mào)易的促進(jìn)是明顯的,在研究期間增長了69%。這也表明,其他因素將貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移到...
