【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告中明確指出,中國(guó)應(yīng)“著力推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展、循環(huán)發(fā)展、低碳發(fā)展”。因此,推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)具有中國(guó)特色的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)制度創(chuàng)新,是當(dāng)前環(huán)境下我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然選擇,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的共同行動(dòng)目標(biāo)。工業(yè)企業(yè)作為我國(guó)碳排放的主體,是低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主力軍,特別是高碳企業(yè)。這些企業(yè)多為支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),如何在更廣范圍、更寬領(lǐng)域和更高層次上發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),儼然成為高碳企業(yè)亟需解決的問題。因此,深入研究我國(guó)高碳企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)的動(dòng)機(jī)和行為,是有重要的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文以高碳企業(yè)的低碳生產(chǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)及行為為研究對(duì)象,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)建立高碳企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)與行為的理論模型。論文首先對(duì)企業(yè)特征、動(dòng)機(jī)與行為的操作變量進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),通過理論和對(duì)部分代表性的高碳企業(yè)的深度訪談結(jié)果的分析,然后確定影響高碳企業(yè)進(jìn)行低碳生產(chǎn)的動(dòng)機(jī)因素,最終在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文研究的研究理論和假設(shè)。(2)設(shè)計(jì)問卷,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù),綜合運(yùn)用因子分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析、單因素方差分析等分析方法進(jìn)行定量與定性研究,得到個(gè)體動(dòng)機(jī)中的不同維度對(duì)高碳企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)行為的影響程度,對(duì)研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。論文通過上述研究,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)高碳企業(yè)的企業(yè)特征在低碳生產(chǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)層面上存在顯著差異。(2)高碳企業(yè)的低碳生產(chǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)生產(chǎn)行為產(chǎn)生顯著影響。(3)滿足政府監(jiān)管要求、提升企業(yè)低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、滿足社會(huì)監(jiān)督要求、履行企業(yè)保護(hù)環(huán)境的社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)高碳企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)行為影響顯著,且重要性依次遞減。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,論文提出了促進(jìn)高碳企業(yè)低碳生產(chǎn)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:According to the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China should "focus on promoting green development, recycling development and low-carbon development." Therefore, promoting the innovation of low-carbon economy system with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable choice of China's economic development under the current environment, and is also the common action goal of realizing Chinese Dream. As the main body of carbon emission, industrial enterprises are the main force of low carbon economy development, especially high carbon enterprises. Most of these enterprises are the leading industries to support the development of national economy. How to develop low-carbon economy in a wider range, wider field and higher level has become an urgent problem for high-carbon enterprises to solve. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the motivation and behavior of low carbon production in high carbon enterprises in China. In this paper, the low carbon production motivation and behavior of high carbon enterprises are taken as the research object. The main contents are as follows: 1) the theoretical model of low carbon production motivation and behavior of high carbon enterprises is established. Firstly, the paper designs the operating variables of enterprise characteristics, motivation and behavior, and then determines the motivational factors that affect the low-carbon production of high-carbon enterprises through the analysis of the theory and the in-depth interview results of some representative high-carbon enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward the research theory and hypothesis designed questionnaire, and carries on the empirical analysis. According to the data obtained from the questionnaire, the quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out by means of factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, single factor variance analysis and so on. The influence of different dimensions of individual motivation on low-carbon production behavior of high-carbon enterprises is obtained, and the research hypothesis is verified. Through the above research, we can draw the following conclusions: (1) there are significant differences in the corporate characteristics of high-carbon enterprises on the level of low-carbon production motivation. (2) the low-carbon production motivation of high-carbon enterprises has a significant impact on production behavior. (3) to meet the regulatory requirements of the government, the enterprise characteristics of high-carbon enterprises have significant differences in terms of low carbon production motivation. To improve the low carbon competitiveness of enterprises, meet the requirements of social supervision, and fulfill corporate environmental protection social responsibility has a significant impact on low-carbon production behavior of high-carbon enterprises, and the importance of the decline in turn. According to the above conclusion, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the low-carbon production of high-carbon enterprises.
