【摘要】：本研究進(jìn)行理論的探索跨國公司與含有復(fù)雜特性的CSR類型的關(guān)系,而且通過實(shí)證研究的方式鑒證提出的假設(shè)。作者提出一個假設(shè),它就是跨國公司的企業(yè)指向性和政治的態(tài)度由于內(nèi)部和外部的因素來都給影響在選擇企業(yè)的CSR類型。具體來說,如果企業(yè)追求著競爭力的提高同時抱有協(xié)力的政治態(tài)度的話,肯定選擇探究類型的CSR。另一方面,如果跨國公司的企業(yè)指向性集中著在構(gòu)筑企業(yè)的合法性,堅持對外順應(yīng)的政治態(tài)度的話,肯定選擇利用既存政策和制度的活用類型的CSR。為了實(shí)證得鑒證這個假設(shè),本研究進(jìn)行了層級回歸分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果對于在華122家韓資企業(yè)。大部分的假設(shè)都得到支持的情況下,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)一個有趣的結(jié)果,它就是在活用性CSR類型,競爭力提高和合法性構(gòu)筑這兩個企業(yè)指向性都收到正相關(guān)的影響。這結(jié)果意味著在新興國家跨國公司的選擇CSR類型方面,活用性CSR是基本上重要的。
[Abstract]:This study explores theoretically the relationship between multinational corporations and CSR types with complex characteristics, and verifies the hypotheses through empirical research. It is the corporate orientation and political attitude of multinational corporations, which, because of internal and external factors, influences the choice of enterprises' CSR types. Specifically, if enterprises pursue competitiveness and have a cooperative political attitude, On the other hand, if the corporate orientation of multinational corporations is focused on building the legitimacy of enterprises and adhering to the political attitude of complying with the outside world, In order to prove this hypothesis, this study conducted a hierarchical regression analysis of the results of the survey data for 122 Korean enterprises in China. Most of the assumptions were supported. The authors find that one interesting result is that there is a positive correlation between the active CSR type, competitiveness improvement and legitimacy building, which means that in the choice of CSR type by multinational corporations in emerging countries, Active CSR is basically important.
