【摘要】：農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)是我國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,是我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要構(gòu)成要素。通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、訪談和收集整理相關(guān)資料,從人口流動(dòng)的角度分析了我國(guó)返鄉(xiāng)精英鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)的形態(tài)、障礙與模式。返鄉(xiāng)精英以政治精英、經(jīng)濟(jì)精英、教育精英三種形態(tài)介入鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè),在建設(shè)過(guò)程中需要克服高門(mén)檻的依附性、缺乏自主性、村民文化訴求與建設(shè)目標(biāo)不對(duì)等的障礙。構(gòu)建了精英、基層政府與原住村民之間三位一體的文化建設(shè)模式,闡釋了鄉(xiāng)村精英介入文化建設(shè)的基本路徑,提出明確建設(shè)目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容與責(zé)任,促進(jìn)文化建設(shè)主客體互相認(rèn)同和健全保障機(jī)制與利益均衡機(jī)制的建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural culture is an important part of the development of rural society in China and an important element of the integration of urban and rural areas in China. Through questionnaires, interviews and collection and collation of relevant data, this paper analyzes the forms, obstacles and patterns of rural culture construction of returning elites in China from the point of view of population mobility. The returning elite intervenes in the construction of rural culture in three forms: political elite, economic elite and educational elite. In the process of construction, it is necessary to overcome the obstacles of high threshold dependence, lack of autonomy, and unequal cultural demands and construction objectives of villagers. This paper constructs a trinity cultural construction model between elite, grass-roots government and indigenous villagers, explains the basic path of rural elite intervention in cultural construction, and puts forward clear construction objectives, contents and responsibilities. Suggestions on promoting mutual recognition between subject and object in cultural construction and perfecting guarantee mechanism and interest balance mechanism.
