城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程中的文化沖突及其解決對策

【摘要】：在改革開放30年來社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的國內(nèi)背景下,在全球化、多元化、信息化的時代背景下,在國內(nèi)人們的價值體系發(fā)生深刻變化的社會背景下,傳統(tǒng)城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)使得農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟水平、生活質(zhì)量、文化發(fā)展程度遠遠低于城市。城鄉(xiāng)一體化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略便應(yīng)運而生。城鄉(xiāng)一體化體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)“五位一體”的一體化。文化在城鄉(xiāng)一體化中具有重要作用。城鄉(xiāng)一體化過程中存在著文化沖突,也就是城市居民和鄉(xiāng)村居民由于其生產(chǎn)生活環(huán)境不同而導(dǎo)致的在交流和接觸過程中表現(xiàn)出來的思想道德、價值觀念、心理思想等精神層面的沖突。而城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突給社會帶來的消極影響也是不可估量的。因此,有必要從城鄉(xiāng)文化各自的內(nèi)涵和特點、城鄉(xiāng)文化的差異及沖突、城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突的原因和實質(zhì)、城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突的解決對策方面進行思考,從而為加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程起到有力的促進作用。 本文從城鄉(xiāng)一體化的提出和發(fā)展入手,首先闡述了城鄉(xiāng)一體化的實質(zhì)及內(nèi)容,然后分析城市文化與鄉(xiāng)村文化各自的內(nèi)涵及其特點,在此基礎(chǔ)之上分析了城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展中解決文化沖突的意義。接下來,本論文著重論述了城鄉(xiāng)文化和鄉(xiāng)村文化的差異及沖突的表現(xiàn),也就是思想觀念上的、心理上的和行為習(xí)慣與模式的差異與沖突。在分析了城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突的現(xiàn)象之后,就開始剖析城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突的原因和實質(zhì)。城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突的實質(zhì)是農(nóng)業(yè)文化與工業(yè)文化的沖突、傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代文化的沖突和外來文化與本土文化的沖突。最后,多方面多角度地對城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展中文化沖突的解決對策進行了探討,也就是合理調(diào)整空間布局、促進郊區(qū)經(jīng)濟水平和綜合實力的提高、保證城鄉(xiāng)人民享受同等社會福利與保障、實現(xiàn)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟社會的統(tǒng)一。

In the process of urban-rural integration, there are cultural conflicts, that is, the ideological, moral, and value concepts in the process of communication and contact caused by the differences between urban residents and rural residents due to their different production and living conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the connotation and characteristics of urban and rural cultures, the differences and conflicts between urban and rural cultures, the causes and essence of the cultural conflicts between urban and rural areas, and the countermeasures to solve the conflicts between urban and rural cultures. In order to speed up the process of urban and rural integration play a powerful role in promoting. Starting with the development and development of urban-rural integration, this paper first expounds the essence and content of urban-rural integration, and then analyzes the connotation and characteristics of urban culture and rural culture. On this basis, it analyzes the significance of resolving cultural conflicts in the development of urban and rural integration.
