【摘要】：社會文化是人們在共同的社會生活中所形成的產(chǎn)物，由于社會是不斷變化和發(fā)展的，社會文化作為社會的產(chǎn)物也必然隨之變化和發(fā)展。面對全球化的背景下，人們生活方式的多樣化以及多元文化的沖擊，導(dǎo)致社會上出現(xiàn)文化低俗、信仰匱乏、行為失范、道德沉淪的憂心局面。不正視和改變這種局面，將會危及中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)，所以在社會文化建設(shè)中起主導(dǎo)作用的政府應(yīng)通過有效、合理的機(jī)制推動社會文化朝著積極方向發(fā)展。因此，進(jìn)一步完善我國政府社會文化建設(shè)機(jī)制，重塑社會主義核心價值體系和核心價值觀，這是我國政府在文化建設(shè)中面臨的一個重要問題，，具有重大的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文從相應(yīng)的機(jī)制及機(jī)制的功能問題入手，分析了我國政府推動社會文化建設(shè)過程中機(jī)制運(yùn)行的合理性和存在的問題，并分析了機(jī)制運(yùn)行中問題存在的原因，提出了完善我國政府推動社會文化建設(shè)機(jī)制的相應(yīng)對策，通過對規(guī)范機(jī)制、示范機(jī)制、引導(dǎo)機(jī)制、培育機(jī)制和推動機(jī)制的重塑與創(chuàng)新五個方面對文化建設(shè)和核心價值觀的傳播機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探索。
[Abstract]:Social culture is the product formed by people in the common social life. As the society is constantly changing and developing, social culture as the product of society will inevitably change and develop. Under the background of globalization, the diversification of people's way of life and the impact of multiculturalism have led to a situation of cultural vulgarity, lack of belief, abnormal behavior and moral deterioration in the society. Failure to face up to and change this situation will endanger the cause of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, so the government, which plays a leading role in the construction of social culture, should promote the development of social culture in a positive direction through an effective and reasonable mechanism. Therefore, it is an important problem for our government to further perfect the mechanism of social and cultural construction and to reshape the socialist core value system and core values, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. Starting with the corresponding mechanism and the function of the mechanism, this paper analyzes the rationality and existing problems of the mechanism in the process of promoting the construction of social culture in our country, and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the operation of the mechanism. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to perfect our government's mechanism of promoting social and cultural construction, through standardizing the mechanism, demonstrating the mechanism, guiding the mechanism. This paper probes into the cultural construction and the dissemination mechanism of the core values from the five aspects of cultivating mechanism and promoting mechanism remolding and innovating.
