【摘要】：在地方公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)中,一方面要加強(qiáng)政府主導(dǎo)作用,另一方面必須充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)各界的力量。地方高校不論其職能還是所擁有資源,在地方公共文化服務(wù)體系中承擔(dān)著比其他社會(huì)團(tuán)體更多的責(zé)任。所以,推進(jìn)地方高校參與地方公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè),地方政府應(yīng)建立健全引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)高校參與公共文化服務(wù)的保障機(jī)制,地方高校要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)校園文化內(nèi)涵建設(shè),同時(shí)要建立地方和高校協(xié)同供給公共文化的模式。
[Abstract]:In the construction of local public cultural service system, on the one hand to strengthen the leading role of the government, we must give full play to social forces. On the other hand, local colleges and universities regardless of their function or have the resources in place of public cultural service system taking more responsibility than other social groups. Therefore, to promote the local colleges and universities to participate in the construction of local public cultural service system, the local government should establish and perfect the safeguard mechanism to guide and encourage colleges and universities to participate in public cultural services, local colleges and universities to further strengthen the campus culture construction, and to establish local and university collaborative supply of public cultural mode.
