【摘要】：文化既是生活世界的意義建構(gòu),也是建構(gòu)生活世界的微觀力量。在此過(guò)程中,文化成為權(quán)力運(yùn)行的重要場(chǎng)域。由此以來(lái),文化可以成為治理的對(duì)象與工具;文化治理也就成為國(guó)家治理的應(yīng)有內(nèi)涵。社區(qū)文化治理是文化治理的基層實(shí)踐。它是以治理理論與文化權(quán)力思想為基礎(chǔ),旨在建構(gòu)起合作共治的主體架構(gòu),借助市場(chǎng)與社會(huì)等多重機(jī)制,發(fā)揮社區(qū)文化的治理性功能,建構(gòu)社群公共性的集體行動(dòng)。因此,社區(qū)文化治理需要建構(gòu)起政府、市場(chǎng)與社會(huì)并存的主體架構(gòu),并推進(jìn)主體間多中心協(xié)同合作;同時(shí),還需要在展開(kāi)具體社區(qū)文化實(shí)踐行動(dòng)進(jìn)程中,發(fā)揮文化權(quán)力的治理功能,建構(gòu)社區(qū)的共同體生活。
[Abstract]:Culture is not only the construction of the meaning of the life world, but also the micro power of constructing the life world.In this process, culture has become an important field of power.Since then, culture can become the object and tool of governance, and cultural governance has become the proper connotation of national governance.Community cultural governance is the grassroots practice of cultural governance.Based on the theory of governance and the thought of cultural power, it aims to construct the main structure of cooperative co-governance, to bring into play the governance function of community culture and to construct the collective action of community publicity with the help of market and society, and so on.Therefore, the community culture governance needs to construct the government, market and society coexisting subject structure, and promote the multi-center cooperation among the subjects, at the same time, it also needs to carry out the concrete community culture practice action process.Give full play to the governance function of cultural power and construct community life in the community.
