【摘要】：加強農(nóng)村牧區(qū)公共文化建設,讓農(nóng)牧民群眾享受文化發(fā)展的成果,是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)文化建設的最基本組成部分,也是實現(xiàn)最基層人民群眾基本文化權益的主要途徑。黨中央、國務院高度重視公共文化服務建設,的黨的十八屆三中全會提出：要緊緊圍繞建設社會主義核心價值體系、社會主義文化強國深化文化體制改革,加快完善文化管理體制和文化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營體制,建立健全現(xiàn)代公共文化服務體系、現(xiàn)代文化市場體系,推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮。中共中央總書記習近平強調(diào),提高國家文化軟實力,關系到“兩個一百年”奮斗目標和中華民族偉大復興中國夢的實現(xiàn)。要弘揚社會主義先進文化,深化文化體制改革,推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,增強全民族文化創(chuàng)造活力,推動文化事業(yè)全面繁榮、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,不斷豐富人民精神世界、增強人民精神力量,不斷增強文化整體實力和競爭力,朝著建設社會主義文化強國的目標不斷前進。 本文立足于此,就鄂爾多斯市農(nóng)村牧區(qū)公共文化服務供給的建設進行了研究。就鄂爾多斯市農(nóng)村牧區(qū)公共文化服務供給的現(xiàn)狀、問題進行了梳理,并對提升鄂爾多斯市農(nóng)村特區(qū)公共文化服務供給提出了相應的對策。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of public culture in rural pastoral areas and letting the peasants and herdsmen enjoy the fruits of cultural development is the most basic component of cultural construction in minority areas and the main way to realize the basic cultural rights and interests of the people at the grassroots level.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the construction of public cultural services. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that the socialist core value system should be built closely, and the socialist cultural power should deepen its cultural system reform.We will speed up the improvement of the cultural management system and the cultural production and management system, establish and improve the modern public cultural service system and the modern cultural market system, and promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture.Chinese Dream, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, stressed that raising the soft power of national culture is related to the goal of "two hundred years" and the realization of Chinese Dream's great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to carry forward the advanced socialist culture, deepen the reform of the cultural system, promote the great development and prosperity of the socialist culture, enhance the vitality of the cultural creation of the whole nation, and promote the overall prosperity of the cultural cause and the rapid development of the cultural industry.Constantly enrich the people's spiritual world, strengthen the people's spiritual power, constantly enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of culture, and continue to advance towards the goal of building a socialist cultural power.Based on this, this paper studies the construction of public cultural service supply in Ordos rural pastoral area.The present situation of public cultural service supply in the rural pastoral area of Ordos city is analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the public cultural service supply in the rural special zone of Ordos city.
