基于社區(qū)旅游增權(quán)的青城鎮(zhèn)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:文化生態(tài)旅游在市場(chǎng)需求和西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的推動(dòng)下成為旅游發(fā)展的新秀,隨之而來(lái)的是文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與開發(fā)的矛盾,在保護(hù)與開發(fā)的抗?fàn)幹,要么違背了文化生態(tài)保護(hù)的初衷,要么傷害了社區(qū)居民的利益和情感。事實(shí)上,文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與開發(fā)并不是一對(duì)不可調(diào)和的矛盾。在對(duì)文化生態(tài)進(jìn)行保護(hù)與開發(fā)的過(guò)程中社區(qū)居民擔(dān)任著重要角色,他們不僅是文化旅游資源的擁有者和受益者,更是活態(tài)文化的創(chuàng)造者和傳承者。鑒于此,為了協(xié)調(diào)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與開發(fā)的關(guān)系,以保護(hù)帶動(dòng)發(fā)展,以發(fā)展促進(jìn)保護(hù),實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)與文化生態(tài)保護(hù)一體化發(fā)展,就必須擺正居民的主體地位,以人為本,加大對(duì)社區(qū)居民的保護(hù)力度,對(duì)社區(qū)居民實(shí)施全方位的增權(quán),以達(dá)到活態(tài)保護(hù)的效果。 青城鎮(zhèn)文化旅游資源豐富,社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展初見成效,但在社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展中存在文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)相對(duì)立的現(xiàn)象。堅(jiān)持以人為本的理念,將社區(qū)旅游增權(quán)理論貫徹于社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展中,無(wú)疑是解決這一問題的最好方案。本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)介紹旅游增權(quán),說(shuō)明社區(qū)旅游增權(quán)參與文化生態(tài)保護(hù)的必要性。對(duì)青城鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展存在的問題進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,從宏觀、社區(qū)、個(gè)體和沖突四個(gè)方面分析了影響社區(qū)旅游增權(quán)的因素,并說(shuō)明這些影響因素與增權(quán)現(xiàn)狀、增權(quán)效果的關(guān)系,并且構(gòu)建增權(quán)目標(biāo)、增權(quán)受體、增權(quán)內(nèi)容、增權(quán)路徑的四位一體增權(quán)模式,,最后,從文化的傳承與保護(hù)、文化的展示與傳播兩個(gè)方面提出增權(quán)對(duì)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)的作用。 綜上,筆者將社區(qū)旅游增權(quán)理論運(yùn)用于青城鎮(zhèn)文化生態(tài)保護(hù)與開發(fā)中,提出較為系統(tǒng)的增權(quán)模式,對(duì)今后文化生態(tài)保護(hù)研究是一次新的嘗試。
[Abstract]:Cultural ecotourism has become a new star in tourism development under the promotion of market demand and the strategy of developing the western region, followed by the contradiction between the protection and development of cultural ecology, and in the struggle of protection and development. It either goes against the original intention of protecting cultural ecology, or it hurts the interests and feelings of the residents of the community. In fact, The protection and development of cultural ecology is not an irreconcilable contradiction. In the process of protection and development of cultural ecology, community residents play an important role, they are not only the owners and beneficiaries of cultural tourism resources, It is also the creator and inheritor of living culture. In view of this, in order to coordinate the relationship between the protection and development of cultural ecology, to promote development by protection, to promote protection by development, and to realize the integration of community and cultural ecological protection, It is necessary to straighten out the principal position of residents, put people first, strengthen the protection of community residents, and implement omni-directional empowerment of community residents in order to achieve the effect of live protection. The cultural tourism resources in Qingcheng are abundant, and the development of community tourism is beginning to achieve results. However, in the development of community tourism, there exists the phenomenon that the cultural ecological protection is opposite to the tourism development. Carrying out the theory of community tourism empowerment in the development of community tourism is undoubtedly the best way to solve this problem. This paper illustrates the necessity of community tourism empowerment to participate in cultural and ecological protection. It makes an empirical analysis of the problems existing in the development of community tourism in Qingcheng and analyzes the factors affecting community tourism empowerment from four aspects: macroscopic, community, individual and conflict. It also explains the relationship between these influencing factors and the status quo of empowerment, the effect of empowerment, and constructs a four-in-one mode of empowerment, including the goal of empowerment, the acceptor of empowerment, the content of empowerment, the path of empowerment, and finally, from the perspective of cultural heritage and protection. Two aspects of cultural display and dissemination put forward the role of empowerment on the protection of cultural ecology. In summary, the author applies the theory of community tourism empowerment to the protection and development of cultural ecology in Qingcheng, and puts forward a more systematic mode of empowerment, which is a new attempt for the study of cultural ecological protection in the future.
