【摘要】：在我國(guó),國(guó)家治理中民主商議與公共傳播之間有什么內(nèi)在聯(lián)系?其傳播效果如何?通過(guò)對(duì)浙江省溫嶺市與樂(lè)清市基層鄉(xiāng)村的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析,論文集中考察了民主商議對(duì)提高政府權(quán)威以及培育現(xiàn)代公民特征等方面的影響。結(jié)果顯示,商議實(shí)踐可以提高公眾的政治信任,并從多個(gè)方面積極影響公眾對(duì)政府績(jī)效與現(xiàn)有政治制度的評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí),民主商議對(duì)培育現(xiàn)代公民具有同樣正面的效果——商議實(shí)踐不僅有助于增強(qiáng)人們的政治興趣,還可以激發(fā)他們參與日常的政治討論和地方選舉投票。論文希望借助實(shí)證研究,對(duì)通過(guò)商議實(shí)踐推動(dòng)公共傳播、培育公共性等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行反思,并展示將民主商議作為研究命題納入傳播學(xué)發(fā)展的重要意義。
[Abstract]:In our country, what is the internal relationship between democratic consultation and public communication in state governance? What is the effect of its dissemination? Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey data in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, and Yueqing City, the paper focuses on the influence of democratic consultation on improving the authority of the government and cultivating the characteristics of modern citizens. The practice of consultation can enhance the public's political trust and positively influence the public's evaluation of the government's performance and the existing political system in many ways. Democratic negotiation has an equally positive effect on the development of modern citizens-the practice of negotiation not only helps to increase people's political interest, but also stimulates them to participate in daily political discussions and local election voting. This paper reflects on the problems of promoting public communication and cultivating publicness through the practice of consultation, and demonstrates the significance of bringing democratic consultation into the development of communication science as a research proposition.
