近年來,由于工業(yè)化和人口不斷增加,巴基斯坦的能源需求成倍增長(zhǎng)。風(fēng)能為滿足該國(guó)的能源需求提供了極好的機(jī)會(huì)。本文旨在識(shí)別和分析顯著影響巴基斯坦風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。為此,我采用了鉆石模型方法。經(jīng)過仔細(xì)分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)這些因素是:需求條件、要素條件、機(jī)會(huì)、相關(guān)和支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和政府。該模型中確定的所有因素都在從不同的角度影響風(fēng)電行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,為了風(fēng)電行業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,這些因素應(yīng)該得到加強(qiáng)。我還為巴基斯坦風(fēng)能產(chǎn)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)了價(jià)值鏈模型,分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并考察了對(duì)采用五力模型的顯著影響。首先,建立了穩(wěn)健的巴基斯坦風(fēng)能價(jià)值鏈模型。其次,我們就風(fēng)電板塊的對(duì)比特點(diǎn),對(duì)行業(yè)專家進(jìn)行了訪談。第三,我們通過對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、政府政策框架、授權(quán)能源報(bào)告和相關(guān)法規(guī)的綜合審查,開發(fā)了五力模型。我們考察了巴基斯坦風(fēng)電行業(yè)的五個(gè)主要利益相關(guān)者,包括供應(yīng)商、買家、替代品、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手和潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,以找出他們對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。本研究結(jié)果表明,雖然巴基斯坦政府為風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展制定了許多政策措施,但隨著時(shí)間的推移,一些政策需要重大改進(jìn)。這些政策是可再生能源項(xiàng)目融資計(jì)劃、替代和可再生能源政策以及凈計(jì)量政策。研...
