【摘要】：員工信息管理系統(tǒng)是信息管理系統(tǒng)中的一個重要組成部分。員工的信息系統(tǒng)的計算機化已成為現(xiàn)代企事業(yè)單位不可或缺的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。隨著時代的進步和計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的企事業(yè)單位已經(jīng)意識到,單純的手工管理已經(jīng)不能適應企事業(yè)單位高速運轉(zhuǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,對企事業(yè)單位的信息進行自動化的管理已經(jīng)勢在必行。本系統(tǒng)主要針對中小企事業(yè)單位而設(shè)計,以�？谑懈酆焦芾硖帪榉侗�,通過大量的市場調(diào)研,分析目前市面上流行的各種企事業(yè)單位關(guān)公管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點后,對本單位的具體業(yè)務流程和實際需求作了認真的分析以及調(diào)研,根據(jù)軟件工程的開發(fā)流程,開發(fā)出一套適合本單位的員工信息管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的主要功能有基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理,主要對單位的屬性信息進行管理;系統(tǒng)管理,用于對系統(tǒng)中的用戶進行管理;人事檔案管理,管理員工的詳細信息;考勤管理,對單位員工的出勤等情況進行管理;數(shù)據(jù)庫管理,管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫;備忘錄,對重要的事項進行記錄;以及幫助頁面,顯示系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的版本信息。系統(tǒng)角色分為管理員和普通用戶,根據(jù)劃分功能模塊的方式設(shè)計,每一個模塊的權(quán)限對象不同。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計運用了VC++為開發(fā)平臺、使用SQL語言來進行數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)與管理、采用C/S的結(jié)構(gòu)模式以及自頂向下的模塊分析模式進行設(shè)計,思路清晰。本系統(tǒng)從軟件工程的角度去開發(fā)設(shè)計,經(jīng)歷了從項目規(guī)格說明書,需求分析,概要設(shè)計,詳細設(shè)計,軟件的實現(xiàn)和測試幾個環(huán)節(jié)。論文嚴格按照軟件工程的開發(fā)流程進行編寫,首先分析系統(tǒng)的具體功能性需求,總結(jié)出該系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程以及業(yè)務需求,然后對系統(tǒng)進行概要設(shè)計,劃分功能模塊,在對各個功能模塊以及后臺的數(shù)據(jù)庫進行詳細的分析和設(shè)計,最后,將各個模塊進行整合并測試,最終形成一個完整的系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Employee information management system is an important part of information management system. The computerization of employee information system has become an indispensable infrastructure for modern enterprises and institutions. With the progress of the times and the development of computer technology, more and more enterprises and institutions have realized that simple manual management can no longer adapt to the current situation of enterprises and institutions running at high speed. It is imperative to automate the management of information in enterprises and institutions. This system is mainly designed for small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions, taking Haikou port and shipping management office as a model, through a large number of market research, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Guan Gong management system of various popular enterprises and institutions in the market at present. This paper makes a careful analysis and investigation on the specific business process and actual demand of the unit, and develops a set of employee information management system suitable for the unit according to the development process of software engineering. The main functions of the system are basic data management, which mainly manages the attribute information of the unit; system management, which is used to manage the users in the system; personnel file management, management of the detailed information of the staff; attendance management, Manage employee attendance; database management, system database management; memo, record of important items; and help page, display system related version information. System roles are divided into administrators and ordinary users, according to the design of functional modules, each module has different permissions. The system uses VC as the development platform and SQL language to develop and manage the database. The structure mode of C / S and the top-down module analysis mode are used to design the system. The idea is clear. This system is developed from the point of view of software engineering, and has experienced several links, such as project specification, requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design, software realization and testing. Firstly, the paper analyzes the specific functional requirements of the system, summarizes the business process and business requirements of the system, and then designs the system briefly and divides the functional modules. In the analysis and design of each functional module and backstage database, finally, the modules are integrated and tested to form a complete system.
