【摘要】：病人空間與CT圖像空間的配準(zhǔn)是圖像導(dǎo)航前列腺粒子植入手術(shù)機器人系統(tǒng)的重要部分,其關(guān)鍵在于提高靶區(qū)配準(zhǔn)精度.經(jīng)直腸超聲探頭有準(zhǔn)確獲得體內(nèi)信息的優(yōu)勢,因此提出了一種結(jié)合體表信息以及體內(nèi)超聲圖像信息的混合配準(zhǔn)方法.固定電磁定位儀接收器于超聲探頭上,通過探頭標(biāo)定實驗,獲取二維超聲圖像坐標(biāo)到電磁定位儀接收器的坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換矩陣,計算超聲圖像上點的空間三維坐標(biāo).模型配準(zhǔn)實驗結(jié)果表明,引入超聲圖像和未引入超聲圖像的靶點配準(zhǔn)誤差分別是(2.60±0.38)mm和(3.19±0.46)mm,靶區(qū)配準(zhǔn)精度得到較大提高.
[Abstract]:The registration of patient space and CT image space is an important part of the image navigation prostate particle implantation surgery robot system, the key is to improve the target registration accuracy. The transrectal ultrasound probe has the advantage of accurately obtaining information in vivo, so a mixed registration method combining body surface information and in vivo ultrasonic image information is proposed. The fixed electromagnetic locator receiver is on the ultrasonic probe. Through the calibration experiment of the probe, the coordinate transformation matrix from the two-dimensional ultrasonic image to the electromagnetic locator receiver is obtained, and the three-dimensional coordinates of the points on the ultrasonic image are calculated. The results of the model registration experiment show that the target registration error is (2.60 鹵0.38) mm and (3.19 鹵0.46) mm, respectively, and the target registration accuracy is greatly improved.
